O estudo realizado teve como objetivo compreender a estrutura subjetiva do sujeito transfó-bico e identificar a lógica inconsciente extraída da análise de seu ato criminoso. Mais especi-ficamente, seu intuito foi o de compreender de que forma os crimes transfóbicos sofrem in-fluência dos aspectos de gênero que constituem nossa estrutura simbólica, discernir a lógica inconsciente presente nos crimes cometidos por sujeitos transfóbicos, isto é, identificar para além das variantes de cada caso, dos diferentes comportamentos, a estrutura subjetiva, os mecanismos psíquicos que operam neste ato e, por fim, verificar se, para além da estrutura fóbica, a lógica inconsciente presente nos crimes cometidos por sujeitos transfóbicos pode ser melhor elucidada a partir de considerações da estrutura perversa. Para tal, lançou-se mão das considerações psicanalíticas e dos Estudos de Gênero como meio de articulá-las interdiscipli-narmente na investigação de nosso objeto de estudo. Tendo isso em mente, utilizou-se da metodologia qualitativa, norteada pela pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, a partir da qual foram selecionadas reportagens jornalísticas de crimes transfóbicos divulgados na mídia bra-sileira. Foram considerados como materiais de análise reportagens sobre crimes cometidos contra sujeitos trans, levantadas no ano de 2019 e buscadas nos portais online: G1, Folha de São Paulo, UOL Notícias e Terra. As informações construídas foram analisadas a partir da aná-lise de conteúdo temática, a qual deu origem a seis categorias analíticas: Tipos de atração; Expressões de aversão; Compulsão à repetição; Fenômenos de massa; Fenômenos projetivos; e, Olhar do outro. No que diz respeito aos resultados, por sua vez, identificamos que o crime transfóbico se dá de maneira multifacetada. Como mecanismos psíquicos que operam na es-trutura do crime, pudemos apontar: para além da aversão e da repugnância, a presença de atração sexual e ternura, explícita da sexualidade e do desejo em jogo na realização do crime; a compulsão à repetição, apontando para um crime do qual se extrai gozo; a presença de comportamentos de massa; mecanismo de projeção de possíveis desejos inconscientes dos autores do crime; bem como a presença de angústia de indeterminação. Ainda, compreende-se que quanto ao autor do crime transfóbico buscar ou não uma reação da cultura, da justiça ou da lei da mesma maneira que o autor do crime perverso, não foi possível chegar a uma reposta conclusiva, de acordo com as informações das quais dispomos. Da mesma maneira, salienta-se que os aspectos de gênero que influenciam os crimes transfóbicos não foram sufi-cientemente esgotados nessa pesquisa. Por fim, tendo em vista o caráter embrionário do que aqui estamos tratando, chama-se atenção para a impossibilidade da flexibilização dos afetos na estruturação do crime transfóbico e, mais do que isso, da negação do desamparo, este que é fundante na estruturação do humano. Nesse sentido, nos parece que as considerações a respeito da perversão apontam um caminho de investigação neonato, ainda em fase de dar seus primeiros passos.

This research aims to investigate, through a mini literature review, what gender studies have contributed to the understanding of the men and women lives in a nursing home. However, the results demonstrated that are gender differences in how to deal with these experiences, as well as its impact on mental health.
