With the successful deployment of various radio access networks, multi-radio access has become an important research topic for heterogeneous wireless networks. This paper presents several multi-standard radio resource management strategies for integrated voice and data services. The input parameters as well as the availability of overflow at call setup stage and intersystem handover during call connection stage differentiate these strategies from each other. The heterogeneous networks capacity of integrated services is investigated via simulations modelling the stochastic traffic, mobility, and technology related air interface features.
