In the context of "new infrastructure", in order to enable power grid enterprises to better make investment decisions, this paper proposes a model based on neural network method, which can effectively improve the economic, social and environmental protection benefits of power grid enterprises' investment and encourage power grid enterprises to invest. Based on the consideration of investment capital and output requirements, the grid investment decision model is solved by neural network method to greatly improves the accuracy of the results. The simulation analysis through calculation examples shows that the method can quickly and effectively give quantitative evaluation results for different strategic objectives.
In China, power grid infrastructure projects are the ones with large construction scale and high investment amount among many investment infrastructure projects, which bear many social functions and have the characteristics of strong unpredictability, so the risk is relatively high. In order to better realize the investment decision, it is necessary to study the control of the whole investment process from the perspective of power grid investment. Based on the investment demand of power grid enterprises and the characteristics of power grid construction projects, this paper establishes the multiattribute decision evaluation system of power grid enterprises' investment control in the whole process from four stages: project approval and research, design and bidding, construction and completion delivery and operation. The optimal project investment scheme is obtained by sorting each scheme based on language aggregation operator. Four power grid construction projects of different types are selected for example analysis, and the important factors affecting investment control are analyzed by taking project cases as examples. The whole process multi-attribute investment decision evaluation system of power grid infrastructure project constructed in this paper has certain guiding significance to the investment of power grid infrastructure project in China.
With the deepening of the energy Internet and digital revolution, new business forms and requirements such as integrated energy services, electrochemical energy storage and business environment optimization are emerging. Power grid enterprises should comprehensively consider the operation status of enterprises and the needs of emerging business development, accurately grasp the upper limit of their own investment carrying capacity, and formulate investment planning scientifically. In order to avoid the influence of excessive investment on the sustainable and stable operation of grid enterprises, this paper uses theories of technology and economics and financial management to build a model for measuring grid investment based on the limitation of asset-liability ratio. The case verification shows that, using this model, grid enterprises can evaluate their maximum investment capacity more objectively, providing a scientific basis for grid enterprises to make reasonable investment plans, and also providing a reference for other enterprises to calculate their investment capacity under the debt ratio limit.
