The importance of data analysis in companies grows every day, with a global market that generates large amounts of transactions. Industry 4.0 is one of the technological trends, which is a set of diverse technologies whose objective is the digitalization and technological connectivity of the entire value chain of organizations. Data analysis and decision making in real time have a positive impact on efficiency. One of the technologies that support this concept is big data, which can support companies to use and manage large volumes of data as support in decision making. In this research project, the computational environment of Apache Hadoop software has been analyzed to create a technological strategy that supports companies in creating a roadmap to know and implement big data technology; as a result, a computer laboratory for big data has been created at the Autonomous University of Coahuila, Mexico to support medium-sized manufacturing companies in their data analysis strategy for decision making.

Abstract-The objective of designing a strategy for an institution is to create more value and achieve its vision, with clear and coherent strategies, identifying the conditions in which they are currently, the sector in which they work and the different types of competences that generate, as well as the market in general where they perform, to create this type of conditions requires the availability of strategic information to verify the current conditions, to define the strategic line to follow according to internal and external factors, and in this way decide which methods to use to implement the development of a strategy in the organization. This research project was developed in an institution of higher education where the strategic processes were analyzed from different perspectives i.e. financial, customers, internal processes, and training and learning using business intelligence tools, such as Excel Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query and a relational database for data repository; which helped having agile and effective information for the creation of the balanced scorecard, involving all levels of the organization and academic units; operating key performance indicators (KPI's), for operational and strategic decisions. The results were obtained in form of boards of indicators designed to be visualized in the final view of the software constructed with previously described software tools.

Abstract-The computational applications support different processes in organizations, one of these processes are those related to human resources, where one of the activities is the hiring of new personnel; the evaluation of human talent to be integrated into a company can be measured through different tests, one of which is the Terman-Merril intelligence test, which measures the intellectual quotient of candidates with a series of sub-tests. In this project, the waterfall method has been used for the development of a web computational application for the Terman-Merril intelligence test, as well as the management of the users and the results obtained to be visualized in spreadsheets for its subsequent analysis and graphing. The ASP.Net programming language and the SQL Server 2014 database have been used for the programming and the storage of information. As a result, it has been applied successfully in some companies, obtaining measurable and evaluable results on the candidates. The application has also been installed in a computer lab for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Human Resources at Faculty of Accounting and Administration at Coahuila, Mexico.

The information systems are fundamental to perform the daily activities of any organization. There is an increasing dependence on organizations to use information technology to achieve their objectives. This article presents the web information system that has been developed and implemented as support to manage the administrative services needs required by the citizens of the municipality of Sabinas Coahuila, México, seeking to be served in the best way and to obtain information from Faster and reliable way to follow up. Previously we worked manually, keeping the records in a format in Microsoft Excel. For the development of the system the agile XP methodology was used. The creation of the database was in MySQL and the development in Visual Studio 2015, the part of web programming in ASP .NET and programming in C #. With the implementation of the system, there is currently electronic control of the requests made by citizens, providing integrity, availability and confidentiality of information; at the same time, streamlining the process of capturing and receiving applications in each department of the municipality of Sabinas, Coahuila, Mexico. In addition, the system provides statistics of the requests that were attended, those that are in process and those that were not attended.

One of the advantages that organizations have when using an Information System is the control of their activities. This article develops an Information System that will allow an organization to graphically obtain the real results of a production process by applying Nelson's eight rules to determine if any measured variable is out of control. The software architecture pattern used is the Model View Controller (MVC) to keep the functionality of the application separate. The front-end, that is, the part that interacts with the users, was developed in ASP.NET as a web platform to provide the required services, JavaScript, HTML 5, Razor and Bootstrap. The back-end, which is the part that processes the entry of the front-end and performs the calculations, operations, communication with the database and reading of files, was developed with the C sharp programming language, the SQL Server database management system and the entity framework. As a result, the system sends an e-mail as an alarm with an explanation of what has happened when it detects that some measured variable is out of control by applying Nelson's rules. This allows the organization to make effective decisions in the processes involved.
