RESUMO Análise teórica da Teoria Fundamentada Construtivista e sua aplicação na pesquisa em enfermagem. Está organizada em três tópicos: características da Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados; base filosófica da vertente construtivista; e particularidades da análise de dados da Teoria Fundamentada Construtivista. As características exclusivas da Teoria Fundamentada que a diferenciam de outras abordagens são coleta e análise simultâneas de dados, amostragem teórica, comparação constante em cada estágio de análise, desenvolvimento de memorandos para análise reflexiva e comparativa e um sistema de codificação com uma etapa inicial e uma focalizada que é flexível e orienta o processo analítico de construção de uma teoria. Antes de embarcar em um estudo da Teoria Fundamentada Construtivista, a literatura é revisada para aprimorar a questão de pesquisa. Os pressupostos filosóficos do interacionismo simbólico e do construtivismo social influenciam todo o processo. A Teoria Fundamentada Construtivista enfatiza a construção e interpretação de dados reconhecendo contextos sociais, interação, o ponto de vista dos participantes e seus entendimentos de acordo com o tempo, lugar e situação da investigação.
Objectives: To reflect about education in health and work process on three programs of multiprofessional residency in Florianópolis/SC. Method: Reflexive study about Multiprofessional Residency Health Programs of Florianópolis. Results: Multiprofessional Residency characterizes training health professionals through service education. Developing these professionals’ specialization with assignments that promote professional exercise and magnifies multiprofessional work at the same time, for excellency in unabridged healthcare. Final Considerations: Multiprofessional Residency Programs make interdisciplinary education, sharing knowledge between residents and other professionals stimulating development of innovation skills.
Objetivo: descrever as práticas obstétricas realizadas por uma parteira leiga tencionando uma reflexão sobre as contribuições dessas práticas para a gestão do cuidado de enfermagem à parturiente. Método: utilizou-se da história oral temática, na perspectiva qualitativa, tendo como participante, uma parteira leiga, residente em um município do Norte do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, que atuou na assistência a gestantes, parturientes, puérperas, recém-nascidos e seus familiares. Na coleta de dados, utilizaram-se entrevistas e diário de campo. Os dados foram submetidos à análise temática de conteúdo. Resultados: demonstraram a atuação da parteira no pré-natal, no parto, no pós-parto e na condução de complicações, com práticas voltadas para a gestão do cuidado de Enfermagem durante o período gravídico-puerperal, pautadas na humanização do parto e nascimento, cuidado seguro e empoderamento da mulher. Conclusão: as práticas obstétricas realizadas pela parteira têm potencial para contribuir para a gestão do cuidado de Enfermagem à parturiente, embora algumas técnicas adotadas, nas décadas de 1940 a 1970, necessitem de respaldo científico.
Resumo Objetivo este estudo teve como objetivo compreender como as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação são utilizadas na gestão de grupos de pesquisa de enfermagem. Método trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa ancorada teórica e metodologicamente na Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados (perspectiva straussiana), tendo como cenário de estudo 14 grupos de pesquisa vinculados a um Programa de Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem. A amostragem teórica do estudo foi composta por 21 pesquisadores. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas e analisados a partir do sistema de codificação. Resultados as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação são utilizadas pelos grupos de pesquisa para facilitar os processos de gestão e o desenvolvimento das pesquisas. Dividem-se em três funções principais: comunicação e armazenamento (Whatsapp® e e-mail), estratégias de visibilidade (site e mídias sociais) e estratégia operacional (software de análise de dados). Conclusão e implicações para a prática as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação constroem um elo entre a tecnologia e a construção do conhecimento científico, tecnológico e de inovação. Os Grupos de Pesquisa podem intensificar ainda mais o uso dessas ferramentas, tanto para recrutamento de amostra como para o desenvolvimento de redes colaborativas de pesquisa.
Objetivo: identificar a presença de Burnout e seus fatores associados em preceptores e residentesde Programas de Residência.Método: estudo transversal realizado com 64 preceptores e residentes no contexto da AtençãoPrimária à Saúde, de outubro a novembro de 2016. Utilizou-se formulário socioprofissional e oquestionário Maslach Burnout Inventory. Para análise dos dados, aplicaram-se os testes Exato deFisher e Kruskal-Wallis. Considerou-se o nível de significância de 5% (p<0,05).Resultados: os participantes apresentaram sentimento de Incompetência Profissional, DesgasteEmocional e Despersonalização moderados, com médias de 23,1; 17,5 e 4,1, respectivamente.Evidenciou-se associação entre as dimensões do Maslach Burnout Inventory e a variável DistritoSanitário.Conclusão: não foi identificada a presença de Burnout entre os participantes. No entanto, níveismoderados de sentimento de incompetência profissional, desgaste emocional e despersonalizaçãopodem influenciar negativamente a qualidade da assistência prestada. Esta pesquisa contribui parao conhecimento pré-existente por envolver residentes e preceptores multiprofissionais.
