El control Prenatal es un programa fundamental para la atención materno- infantil, ya que brinda seguridad tanto de la madre como de su hijo en cuanto a su bienestar, la investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal; cuantitativo ya que su propósito es describir e interpretar sensiblemente exacto el nivel de satisfacción con la relación de la calidad que se brinda. Según la Encuesta Nacional de la Dinámica Demográfica (ENADID), 97.2% de las mujeres reciben atención prenatal y en promedio 8.5 consultas prenatales durante el embarazo, (2014); Lo cual permite identificar que la concientización de las mujeres embarazadas en cuanto a la importancia de recibir un control prenatal oportuno ha aumentado, sin embargo en las instituciones de salud, la calidad de atención tiene una gran deficiencia resultando como consecuencia un nivel de satisfacción muy bajo en las mujeres embarazadas.
Introduction: Physical activity is the voluntary and involuntary movement that activates the respiratory and metabolic functions to produce energy expenditure during activities of daily routine and hobbies. Objective: To know the benefits of physical activity and explain how it is related to the Nursing Systems Theory. Method: Documentary-qualitative design study. Results: The benefits of physical activity can be conceptualized in a cognitive, preventive, and motivational approach. Conclusions: Nursing systems theory clearly shows how nursing care is determined by the level of physical activity and dependence of the patient to carry out daily activities.
Introducción: El proceso enfermero es la metodología que usa enfermería para estandarizar sus cuidados y se ha establecido como la herramienta de trabajo de la profesión dentro de la hoja institucionalizada de enfermería donde se desarrollan los registros clínicos. Objetivo: Determinar la calidad de los registros clínicos de enfermería del servicio de pediatría de un hospital del puerto de Veracruz. Metodología: Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal. Resultados: Al 26.9% de los registros clínicos no se les realizo el apartado de “Evaluación de Riesgo de Úlceras por Presión” y el “Riesgo de caídas”. Conclusión: Se determinó que 11.5% de los registros clínicos eran de calidad aceptable y que el 88.5% eran de calidad buena.
