ResumoO objetivo deste estudo é descobrir o modelo de revitalização da educação profissional que se adapte às necessidades de competência da indústria e ao sistema de gestão da educação profissional orientada para o trabalho. O estudo foi realizado em Jacarta, explorando várias políticas relacionadas aos esforços para revitalizar o ensino profissional. Os resultados deste estudo mostram que a revitalização da educação profissional orientada para o trabalho deve ser organizada de forma integrada. Isso permite o fortalecimento do currículo, prática, testes e certificação, diretamente relacionados à demanda por habilidades exigidas pelo mundo empresarial e industrial. Teoria do conteúdo -a prática é organizada de acordo com um sistema duplo, em que os trainees seguem o programa de aprendizado teórico na escola em 30% e a prática e a educação de caráter no local de trabalho em 70%. Através desse conceito, é possível que o mundo empresarial e industrial obtenha a melhor força de trabalho de acordo com a necessidade de habilidades de qualificação, mais leais e mais eficientes.Palavras-chave: revitalização, educação profissional, certificação, sistema dual, mundo empresarial e industrial. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the model of vocational education revitalization that suits to the industry competency need and work oriented vocational education management system. The study was conducted in Jakarta, by exploring various policies related to efforts for revitalize vocational education. This study aims to analyze, find, and prove (1) design for the implementation of field work practices (PKL) at health vocational high schools (SMK) in Tangerang City. (2) Barriers to the Field Work Practice Program and its Implementation in the World of Work for Health Vocational School Graduates in Tangerang City (3) An Effective Cooperation Model in Tangerang City's Implementation of the Health Vocational Field Work Practice Program with the World of Work This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This research was carried out in one of the health vocational high schools (SMK) in Tangerang City, the Nursing Expertise Program. Data collection uses in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that (1) there is still a weak relationship between educational institutions and the business/industry world, which leads to ineffective implementation, making it difficult for street vendors like participants to get jobs that match their competencies. (2) Some of the obstacles to the Field Work Practice Program and its implementation in the World of Work for Tangerang City Health Vocational School graduates are that there are still limited places for PKL implementation and there are still some hospitals and health centers that refuse PKL participants from health vocational schools. (3) The Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) model can improve the quality of the street vendor experience and make the right career choice by working together using the core-plasma pattern, franchise pattern, general trading pattern, operational cooperation pattern, and partnership pattern.
The concentration of this study is to analyze: (1) the academic basis of Madrasa Miftahul Umam in generating teachers’ competences through vision mission; (2) the role of teachers in dealing with obstacles to generate teachers’ competences; (3) the role of internalizing prophetic values in generating teachers’ competences to create more effective teaching and learning activities. The research in the paper uses the case study method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, document reviews, and surveys to complement the data. Sources of data were obtained through teachers as informants and also through documents. Data analysis was performed by data reduction or sorting, data displays and verifications. The results of the study show that: (1) generating teachers’ competence had been carried out through the madrasa vision and mission, but its implementation had not been well-programmed; (2) various obstacles faced by madrasa such as financial sector, quality of management, facilities and infrastructure, had a direct impact towards generating teachers’ competences; (3) internalization of prophetic values on teachers competence was able to motivate teachers to build teachers’ values and to create more effective teaching and learning activities. The Conclusion in this study proves that the internalization of prophetic values had positively impacted towards generating teachers’ competences.
Penalaran matematis merupakan salah satu landasan dalam memahami matematika dan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam menggambarkan kesimpulan yang valid tentang ide-ide dan hubungannya. Hanya saja kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada satu materi dengan materi lainnya cenderung berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas IV SD pada materi poligon. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe non-interaktif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 240 siswa sekolah dasar. Sampel dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel akhir 40 siswa kelas IV SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan tes dengan instrumen penelitian untuk menguji kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis interaktif berdasarkan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa adalah 61,90, dengan persentase 62% yang berada pada kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada materi banyak segi tergolong teori sedang. Sebagian siswa belum memahami konsep materi dari segi banyak, sehingga proses pembelajaran masih memerlukan bimbingan dari guru dan orang tua.
Dampak dari struktur gaji merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi pada sebuah perusahaan dimana karyawan memiliki keinginan keluar dari perusahaan karena rendahmya kegairahan kerja karyawan serta ketidakpuasan karyawan saat bekerja yang dapat mengakibatkan kondisi pekerjaan yang tidak nyaman sehingga akan terjadi turnover intention yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stuktur gaji teradap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan turnover intention. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan model SEM (Structural Equation Models) dengan tehnik analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Agustus-Oktober 2019 pada 118 sampel karyawan RSUD Al-Mulk Kota Sukabumi dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa struktur gaji berpengaruh sebesar 0,58 terhadap kepuasan kerja, sebesar 0,11 terhadap komitmen oganisasional dan sebesar 0,11 terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh sebesar 0,51 terhadap komitmen organisasional dan berpengaruh sebesar -0,34 terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh sebesar -0,23 terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional, dan turnover intention secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur gaji. Pihak rumah sakit agar memperhatikan permasalahan terkait struktur gaji yang ada untuk meminimalisir terjadinya turnover intention pada karyawan.
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze Islamic education which is the basis for increasing empowerment in all aspects of the Kampung Naga indigenous community that has been carried out, so that from the results of this research a new pattern can be made, namely: developing a model for the empowerment of the Kampung Naga indigenous community based Islamic education. The field survey research method is descriptive qualitative using an ethnographic approach, using primary data sources through interviews with traditional leaders; religious leaders; tour guides and representatives of community members in Kampung Naga and added secondary data sources in the form of: documents; archives and records. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis with the Miles and Huberman model then continued with the preparation of the final research report. The results of the study found that: community empowerment in the Kampung Naga area that had been given by the government included: empowerment in the field of tourism/culture; empowerment in the field of entrepreneurship/craft; empowerment in the field of natural resource management and the environment as well as religion. From the results of the research, the existing model of empowerment of the Kampung Naga indigenous community based on Islamic education can be developed more broadly covering the following aspects: economy; environment; health; and division of roles. Meanwhile, supporting factors for good empowerment are: government support; involve local residents; and public participation. So from the steps mentioned above, the aspects of the results of empowerment through religious education are: the spiritual soul there is an increasing change; good member entrepreneurship spirit; charity-service to the citizens who are weak smoothly distributed; Devotion to a strong country.
