Los mercados se desarrollan de diferentes formas y cada entorno provee diferentes oportunidades, así como un sinnúmero de determinantes, por lo cual, comprender cómo las empresas aprovechan dichas oportunidades para maximizar sus beneficios es uno de los puntos clave para la promoción de la investigación del área administrativa-financiera. Por lo argumentado, el estudio se plantea como objetivo: Examinar la correlación y relación de la estructura de capital frente a los diversos indicadores financieros pertenecientes a las Pymes manufactureras ecuatorianas de la zona 3. Para su resolución se induce a la correlación de Spearman y la Regresión Lineal Múltiple. Adjudicando la estimación del coeficiente, los indicadores que se relacionan de forma negativa con respecto a la estructura de capital son: índice de insolvencia - Z de Altman, apalancamiento a corto y largo plazo, logaritmo natural de capital de trabajo, prueba ácida, apalancamiento y, con estimación positiva: rotación de ventas, endeudamiento patrimonial corriente, endeudamiento patrimonial, endeudamiento patrimonial no corriente y endeudamiento a largo plazo.
El presente trabajo está encaminado en dar a conocer algunas de las herramientas digitales claves esenciales para mejorar, retroalimentar, inventar de forma más lúdica y de forma didáctica la enseñanza de las matemáticas para Docentes Universitarios en el Ecuador, con la aplicación de software libre, actividades interactivas, videos, y simuladores, que tienden a estimular las habilidades de análisis del pensamiento en los estudiantes y como herramienta de apoyo a los docentes de Matemáticas. El docente universitario está en la obligación del uso de forma permanente de dichas herramientas digitales, además de fomentar en sus estudiantes un nivel de habilidad en la administración de contextos que demandan para su solución la aplicabilidad de las matemáticas. Es incuestionable que esta generación está muy adaptada a los dispositivos móviles, computadoras, a la comunicación inalámbrica y recursos que ofrece la internet, estableciendo que cada día se corresponda con un conjunto de información que la internet proporciona. Por aquello, la investigación está orientada a revisar las herramientas digitales más conocidas y utilizadas para el aprendizaje en la educación superior; y, por supuesto, señalar las que podrían ser más asertivas por sus características y resultados, que se han determinado mediante el estudio. Las competencias del docente universitario de este tiempo tienen grandes retos por enfrentar, entre ellos, los estudiantes en las aulas con mayor conocimiento, destrezas cognitivas y con capacidades tecnológicas que florecieron desde su niñez.
La educación financiera se refiere al conjunto de conocimientos, habilidades y valores que se necesitan para tomar decisiones financieras inteligentes y responsables. Esto incluye la capacidad de administrar el dinero, entender cómo funcionan los mercados financieros, cómo invertir sabiamente y cómo planificar el futuro financiero. Esta investigación se estructura en la evaluación de los factores de la casualidad probabilística de la educación financiera en estudiantes de posgrado basado en competencias financieras, conocimiento financiero, habilidades y capacidades financieras. Para su resolución de usa el modelo matemático Análisis comparativo cualitativo de conjuntos borrosos (fsQCA). Una vez habiendo desagregado cada una de las probabilidades combinatorias entre las variables de análisis, se puede aceptar la hipótesis (H1 y H2), en otros términos, La actitud financiera y, el Conductualismo y habilidades para el desarrollo financiero son elementos “necesarios” para el aplicativo fsQCA, con consistencias de 0,996 y 0,976. Sin embargo, la categoría de conocimiento plasmada en la H3 no es totalmente excluida, tiene presencia en algunas combinaciones y posee un nivel de consistencia de 0,847.
