The round shape is given by the Coiler, however, it can be lost due the phenomena "Coill Sagging". Due this problem, the coil assumes an oval shape that can disturb the mandrel insertion, uncoiling process and the safety of stacking yard. The aiming of this technical paper is to present the development performed by 3 units of ArcelorMittal group in order to master coil sagging on Dual Phase HRC without any other collateral effects on the production cycle.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
