Resumo: Trabalhadores da área da saúde convivem diariamente com situações de alto estresse. Diante da pandemia de covid-19, são afetados por uma enorme pressão física e psicológica, pois além do risco de serem infectados, ocorre o risco de desenvolver adoecimento mental. O estudo objetivou identificar a partir das produções científicas publicadas fatores associados ao adoecimento mental, ideação suicida e suicídio dos profissionais da saúde durante a pandemia de covid-19. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, em que a busca dos artigos se deu por meio do Portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e que abrangeu a base de dados Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), além da plataforma PubCovid-19, que apresenta artigos nas bases de dados PubMed e EMBASE. A amostra final foi composta por oito artigos, que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão previamente estabelecidos. Os fatores que mais destacaram-se como influentes para o adoecimento mental foram gênero, idade, profissão, área de atuação e nível de educação, ou seja, enfermeiros e técnicos em saúde, mulheres, transgêneros, não binários, jovens, profissionais com nível de educação abaixo do bacharelado, profissionais da linha de frente e indivíduos de múltiplas raças formam o perfil que favorece o adoecimento mental. Conclui-se que desde o início da pandemia diversos fatores de risco estão significativamente presentes no ambiente de trabalho dos profissionais da saúde, principalmente da enfermagem, influenciando na vida profissional, pessoal e na sua saúde, tanto física como psíquica.Palavras-chave: Saúde mental. Covid-19.Etapa 4: Os dados foram organizados em dois quadros no software Microsoft Office Word 2013 com as seguintes variáveis: codificação (A1, A2, A3...A8), ano da publicação, periódico, autores e título do artigo (Quadro 1), codificação, objetivo do estudo, delineamento do método, principais resultados obtidos e conclusões (Quadro 2).Etapa 5: Foi realizada a síntese das evidências encontradas. Para a realização dessa pesquisa, foram respeitados os direitos autorais e os aspectos éticos das fontes pesquisadas, conforme a Lei nº 9.610 de 1998 (BRASIL, 1998). RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃOA amostra final desse estudo foi composta por oito artigos. Para a análise dos dados constituiu-se dois quadros analíticos com as informações extraídas dos estudos selecionados.
