Os desafios de sustentabilidade se tornam cada vez mais presentes e o papel dos governos é fundamentalpara o desenvolvimento urbano sustentável. A Economia Compartilhada surgiu como uma possibilidade paraenfrentar os desafios da sustentabilidade urbana. À medida que a Economia Compartilhada (EC) ganha espaço, agovernança nas cidades se torna um meio crucial para permitir que a EC cumpra o seu papel de otimizar recursospara um mundo mais justo e sustentável. O objetivo deste artigo é mapear e descrever a evolução do temaGovernança na EC, a partir de uma análise bibliométrica realizada na base de dados Scopus. Dado que a EC é umaárea nova, conclui-se que há necessidade de mais estudos que envolvam diferentes contextos, principalmente noque se refere a países em desenvolvimento, pois a EC possui forte conexão com questões endógenas.
Cidade Compartilhada (Sharing City) é um conceito que surgiu nos últimos anos como uma nova noção de desenvolvimento urbano. Quanto mais um recurso é usado ou compartilhado, menor é o impacto ambiental, de modo que o compartilhamento é a forma mais universal de comportamento econômico humano, mais fundamental que a reciprocidade. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar, descrever e sintetizar conceitos de Sharing Cities utilizados para a gestão de cidades, em razão deste tema ser relativamente recente na literatura acadêmica e pouco explorado. As divergências conceituais demonstram que o projeto de compartilhar cidades denota as questões endógenas de cada localidade, sendo assim cada cidade desenvolverá o compartilhamento conforme suas características produtivas, arranjos, cultura, perfil da população, dentre outros.
