RESUMEN Este trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer una ruta crítica de análisis sobre las formas de conocimiento y las prácticas organizativas de colectivos sociales autónomos con principios comunitarios que subsisten en espacios urbanos. Se retoma la propuesta crítica de la colonialidad epistémica a la teoría de la organización y al paradigma administrativo/management y se suma a la invitación para generar saberes organizacionales de América Latina que se alejen de la abstracción del artificio organizacional que supone la teoría en la que se sostiene la modernidad. Como propuesta se incorpora la noción de transmodernidad y las nociones de ámbitos de comunidad, comunalidad y pedagogía de la comunalidad para dar cuenta de los principios articuladores que organizan las prácticas del colectivo independiente la Red de Huertos Educativos y Comunitarios de Xalapa (RHEC), Veracruz, México, que está enfocado en el intercambio de experiencias y aprendizajes generados a partir del trabajo en los huertos agroecológico.
RESUMEN En este artículo se presenta el proceso discursivo que precisa la definición de categorías interpretativas de una investigación realizada desde una metodología de co-labor en el marco de la transmodernidad organizacional. A partir de ello, se pone a debate la universalidad de los principios de la productividad y la eficiencia como orientadores que dan sentido a la organización moderna, a la vez que se sostiene la existencia de ejes articuladores propios de los colectivos autogestivos. Para ello se aborda la experiencia de la Red de Huertos Educativos y Comunitarios de Xalapa, Veracruz, México, la cual se organiza como comunidad afectiva a partir de principios comunales del organizarse desde el territorio con las y los otros y para las y los otros.
En este trabajo proponemos para el debate el concepto de Modo Capitalista de Seducción (MCS), como el tipo ideal para dar cuenta de los procesos de dominación social contemporáneos. Es un trabajo de reflexión teórica, basado en diversas investigaciones con trabajo de campo empírico, que busca estimular la discusión sobre los procesos de dominación y los referentes conceptuales necesarios para la investigación social en capitalismo digital. Los rasgos principales del MCS son: a) la dominación ocurre fundamentalmente a través del consumo; b) empresas y organizaciones son el vehículo del MCS; c) la seducción opera mediante la movilización del imaginario motor y del imaginario anzuelo, en particular, exaltando el narcisismo en el consumo; d) el consumo tiene un importante componente lúdico, lo que facilita la dominación; e) la seducción capitalista implica, necesariamente, exclusión social. Una de las conclusiones es que comprender el MCS abre las posibilidades para construir utopías posibles.
