This experience report makes a critical analysis of the conduct of emergency home education and distance education in Brazil during the pandemic. We observed many difficulties in face of emergency home education and the education professionals add efforts to minimize the damage to education in addition to understanding the problem regarding the Institutionalization of Distance Education.We think about everyone has the right to quality education that in the pandemic hasn't been validated because young people and children didn't have a Digital Information and Communication Technologies to the educational process. The Education of the Future with the uses of Digital Information and Communication Technologies are still distant from the Brazilian society. The current pandemic showed the social differences caused by the abyss between quality distance educational and the implementation of educational processes. To realize this opinion article we made a bibliographic review in the area in order to established a dialectic between the theoretical assumptions and our experiences to offer the reader a careful look on the theme.
