Estudos de Psicologia I Campinas I 27(1) I 75-82 I janeiro -março 2010A psicologia fenomenológica e a filosofia ResumoEste artigo trata de reflexões empreendidas no âmbito da psicologia clínica de orientação fenomenológica. No aprofundamento da concepção de homem proposta por esta perspectiva, fundamenta-se um tipo de clínica centrada na pessoa enquanto singularidade articuladora das dimensões biopsicossocial e espiritual, ontologicamente voltada para a compreensão de si e do mundo. A filosofia de Martin Buber complementa a proposta fenomenológica, ressaltando a potencialidade da relação humana na sua concretude e movimento. São analisadas as noções de relação eu-tu, eu-isso e encontro, nas suas implicações para a prática clínica, propondo-se reflexões sobre o lugar do psicólogo na interação com o cliente. Busca--se, com este diálogo, delinear um atendimento psicológico a partir do cuidado com a pessoa em sua totalidade, facilitando seu movimento incessante de integrar-se e transformar-se mediante o encontro genuíno com o outro.Unitermos: Fenomenologia. RESUMO Este artigo objetivou investigar narrativas de mulheres brasileiras que trabalham como profissionais de saúde no contexto da pandemia de Covid-19. Parte de uma pesquisa que discute as repercussões subjetivas desse contexto, a partir da perspectiva de gênero, para a qual foi construído um questionário on-line, que convida as mulheres a narrar suas vivências. A investigação foi desenvolvida no âmbito da psicologia, articulando os métodos psicanalítico e fenomenológico, aliados às teorias feministas, em prol de uma análise crítica e situada de fenômenos contemporâneos. A análise qualitativa dos relatos de 602 mulheres levou a diferentes aspectos, dentre os quais se destaca a intensificação das exigências de cuidado, seja no âmbito familiar, seja no âmbito profissional, o que as leva a desconsiderar o autocuidado. Ao mesmo tempo, a exposição ao risco e o medo constante parecem levar à ocorrência de um contágio psíquico a partir do contato com os pacientes acometidos pela Covid-19, o que produz sofrimento intenso. Os resultados evidenciam como as questões de gênero repercutem nas mulheres que trabalham na área da saúde, reafirmando a necessidade de considerar as especificidades desse público na elaboração de políticas públicas e dispositivos de atenção em saúde mental.
Resumo: Este artigo empreende uma reflexão crítica sobre o "ideal" de trabalho disseminado na sociedade contemporânea, cujo estilo de vida está pautado no capitalismo flexível como fonte de satisfação profissional, que supostamente traria maior liberdade e autenticidade. Este discurso, fortemente presente na literatura de gestão e em diversos setores da sociedade, vem sendo propagado desde meados dos anos 1970, reforçando o "novo espírito do capitalismo". Apesar da sua força no imaginário social, essas aspirações se tornaram ainda mais difíceis de alcançar na atualidade, por se inserirem em um mercado instável, fruto de uma economia globalizada. Partindo do referencial da Psicologia Social de cunho fenomenológico, com um aporte interdisciplinar, análises críticas sobre o mundo do trabalho são colocadas em diálogo, descortinando ideais, injunções e sintomas que pesam sobre os profissionais. Percebem-se, então, os diversos paradoxos que permeiam a chamada hipermodernidade, nos quais se mostra a outra face do profissional ideal, irreal como o traje do conto A roupa nova do imperador. A contrapartida de um indivíduo flexível, autônomo e multitarefa é um trabalhador angustiado, inseguro de si e da sua função, o qual, na tentativa de realizar o que se espera em um contexto superexigente, coloca em risco sua saúde e sua vida pessoal. Este texto busca evidenciar este processo, pontuando seus custos e a necessidade de desenvolver ações e caminhos para novas formas de se viver e trabalhar.

Envolve em grande parte seu dever para com o outro, pensando em sociedade de maneira geral.Por isso, ao término, foi promovido um espaço de reflexão com escrita para alívio de seus sentimentos, inquietudes e aflições frente a esse momento atual pandêmico, com música e uma homenagem a todos os colaboradores em agradecimento aos serviços executados. Lembrando que dessa vez, todos os profissionais (administrativos, executores diretos do cuidado, ou indireto) estavam envolvidos e necessitavam de palavras de conforto e aceitabilidade. CONCLUSÃODeste modo a proposta realizada, através dessa oficina, apresentou um resultado final positivo, pois foi observado, nesse momento, que todos os profissionais precisavam ser acolhidos, nesse momento de estresse, medo, aflições e angústias, depositando suas queixas e ouvindo outros colegas de trabalho, havendo uma sensibilização com o outro, foi possível, exprimir e aprender como agir.Pensando no desgaste das pessoas, antes que refletisse na segurança do paciente, o NSP planejou essa ação a ser desenvolvida, integrando as equipes multidisciplinares, com o interesse de garantir ao final uma prestação de serviço de qualidade e segurança aos pacientes, usuários dessa Unidade privada em saúde.Dessa vez, os pacientes também eram profissionais de saúde, colegas do mesmo ambiente de trabalho, que perpetuavam a fala da esperança e necessidade de vida.Cuidar do outro também significa trabalhar em ciclos, de maneira bidirecional, de forma a manter o suporte para o cliente, mas também receber esse suporte. Mas para isso, depende-se do equilíbrio biopsicossocial e espiritual. Por isso as relações interpessoais no cuidado acabam se tornando próximas e acolhedoras.
