El propósito de este artículo consiste en analizar los procesos de paz que se llevaron a cabo en Colombia en los inicios de la década de los noventa, desde un abordaje que combina un estudio acerca del modelo de guerra de las organizaciones insurgentes, el contexto de las conversaciones y los puntos que se abordaron en lasrespectivas agendas de negociación y retoma las lecciones aprendidas del proceso de paz en El Salvador. El presente artículo se presentó como examen doctoral, en marco de la tesis titulada “Análisis de la ruptura del proceso de negociación entre las FARC-EP y el Gobierno Colombiano, (1999-2002)”, y se fundamenta con los análisis realizados por especialistas en el tema.
En el presente artículo se analizan los distintos periodos históricos de las luchas sociales en Colombia. En particular, se caracterizan los principales conceptos para analizar las protestas sociales en el país, se presentan cortes históricos y se aportan elementos metodológicos para profundizar en el estudio de los actores sociales, los conflictos recientes y los derroteros que tiene la acción social, comprendida de manera distinta a la acción colectiva. El trabajo está basado en los libros Cultura e Identidad Obrera: Colombia 1910-1945 (1991), Idas y Venidas, Vueltas y Revueltas (1958-1990) y Cuando la Copa se Rebosa. Luchas Sociales en Colombia (1975-2015), de autoría individual y colectiva de Mauricio Archila Neira, y parte de una rigurosa sistematización hecha para el Centro de Investigación y Educación Popular (CINEP), así como de una conferencia magistral (2018) impartida por el investigador para la Facultad de Sociología de la Universidad Santo Tomás, en la cual se analizaron las expresiones históricas de la movilización social en Colombia en el periodo comprendido entre el año 1919 y el 2018. Al final se complementa el recorrido histórico con el abordaje de las manifestaciones populares de los dos últimos años, que demuestran una alta movilización social y vislumbran la configuración de nuevas ciudadanías.
Dando línea de continuidad al trabajo investigativo de Sociología de la Paz, iniciado en el año 2017; la presente propuesta pretende analizar el impacto de la justicia transicional en Colombia, en marco del Acuerdo logrado entre el Gobierno Nacional y las FARC. Se propone analizar el modelo de justicia restaurativa, respecto a las posibilidades factuales que tienen las víctimas en el proceso de esclarecimiento de la verdad y de reparación integral. Se mantiene el enfoque territorial de las investigaciones previas, con el fin de determinar el alcance de la implementación a nivel regional. Finalmente se ha realizado una caracterización de los diferentes tipos de víctimas, así como la evaluación de los enfoques diferenciales que requiere el modelo jurídico implementado. Se basa en los alcances investigativos de los dos semilleros de investigación que se hallan comprometidos en el desarrollo de la presente propuesta: Semillero de Sociología Política y Semillero Ágora (Sociología Jurídica). Tiene como propósito reconocer y visibilizar a las víctimas, así como potenciar los procesos de reconciliación y convivencia que el país requiere.
