Keberadaan UMKM diharapkan mampu mendongkrak perekonomian seiring berkembangnya era persaingan bebas, seperti WTO, AFTA, APEC, dan AEC, dan agar selalu siap menghadapi krisis ekonomi global. Berkaitan dengan era persaingan tersebut, maka UMKM dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan daya saingnya agar dapat terus berjalan dan berkembang. Salah satunya adalah dengan menerapkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi sebagai penunjang kegiatan usahanya. Digital marketing adalah sebuah produk teknologi informasi dimana berupa kegiatan mempromosikan produk dan atau jasa melalui media internet. Kementrian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah menyatakan bahwa dari 56 juta UMKM baru 3.75 juta saja atau sekitar 8% yang sudah memanfaatkan digital marketing dalam menunjang kegiatan bisnisnya sedangkan fakta menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk pemasaran produk dan jasa terbukti mampu meningkatkan penghasilan UMKM hingga sampai 26% (bisnis.com)
Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is an advanced neurodegenerative illness. It is about 90% of PD sufferer shows speech disorders in the initial stages. Hence, in this research, speech features were applied to classify this illness. The most famous speech features used in PD research are jitter, shimmer, fundamental frequency parameters, harmonicity parameters, Recurrence Period Density Entropy (RPDE), Detrended Fluctuation Analysis (DFA), and Pitch Period Entropy (PPE).Those features were then called as baseline features used in this research. In this research, the XGBoost algorithm was used for the classification of PD. Initially, the whole baseline features were used in the XGBoost algorithm and obtained an accuracy score of the model 84.80%. For improving the model, feature selection was performed by plotting feature importance, which causes features of locShimmer (Fscore = 3) was excluded from the model. After feature selection was performed, the accuracy score of the model has increased to 85.60 %. We tried to improve the model using for second features selection, by excluding features with F-score values less than 20. However, after performed this feature selection, the accuracy of the model was decreased to 84.40 %. Thus, the model used is the model with an accuracy of 85.60%.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of blended learning towards the improvement of pre-service teacher TPaCK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) in developing multimedia learning mathematics in elementary schools. The type of this research is a quasi-experimental design. The research method used is a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was the 6th-semester students of the 2018/2019 academic year of the PGSD UAD study program of 315 students grouped in 7 classes. The sample used was an experimental class of the class controller drawn at random. The method of collecting data uses observations in multimedia learning mathematics that have been developed by pre-service elementary school teachers. The research instrument used the TPaCK assessment sheet that had been taken expert validation. The results of the study showed that at a significance level of 5% blended learning was effective in increasing the TPaCK of pre-service teachers in developing multimedia learning mathematics in elementary schools.
