O objetivo desse artigo é desenvolver percepções revisionais sobre processos de treinamento empresarial aqui denominado training e o que se convencionou nesse artigo chamar de sistema de crenças. Para tanto serão abordados três temas específicos e delimitadores, a saber: as crenças limitantes, entraves ao desenvolvimento profissional; crenças e treinamento e crenças e aprendizagem. A questão central do artigo é entender qual a influência que as crenças de um indivíduo podem ter sobre sua carreira profissional. Trabalha-se com a hipótese de que as crenças possam ser tanto, construtores de indivíduos, quanto destruidoras dos mesmos. Adota-se para a pesquisa uma metodologia exploratória revisional. Acredita-se que o presente artigo tem muito a acrescentar ao meio acadêmico ampliando algumas discussões que envolvem sobremaneira o tema: carreira.
Desde o início da humanidade, os jogos, brinquedos e brincadeiras fazem parte do mundo da criança. O presente artigo aborda a importância do lúdico no processo de ensino-aprendizagem demonstrando que as atividades lúdicas são indispensáveis para o desenvolvimento sadio e para a apreensão dos conhecimentos da criança, uma vez que possibilita o desenvolvimento da percepção, da imaginação, da fantasia e dos sentimentos. A Pedagogia e a psicopedagogia estudam e lidam com o processo de aprendizagem e dificuldades atuando numa linha preventiva e terapêutica. Por meio das atividades lúdicas, a criança comunica-se consigo mesma e com o mundo, aceita a existência dos outros, estabelece relações sociais, constrói conhecimentos, desenvolvendo-se integralmente. Dessa maneira, é ressaltado o lúdico como forma de aprendizagem no contexto escolar, onde o aprender se torna prazeroso à medida que a criança se sente estimulada por meio das brincadeiras espontâneas e direcionadas pelos educadores durante as atividades escolares.
E studar o caso das benzedeiras é pensar antes, o contexto em que estão inseridas. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a questão das dificuldades e possíveis desistência de estudantes na educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) de um colégio de Quirinópolis. O problema proposto foi identificar quais medidas econômicas e sociais desencadearam tais dificuldades e, se houve, a evasão escolar na EJA. A motivação para o estudo deu-se por meio de uma apresentação de temas sugeridos em uma aula realizada pela plataforma google Meet, onde o tema nos chamou a atenção, afim de conhecer mais sobre a evasão escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter bibliográfico, com pesquisa de campo de análise qualitativa-quantitativa, realizada por meio de formulário online elaborado no google forms, aplicado à docentes e discentes do Colégio Estadual Juscelino Kubistchek de Quirinópolis-GO, avaliou de forma breve os motivos da dificuldade e da evasão escolar no primeiro ano de Pandemia de covid-19. Justifica-se que a escolha do tema a ser pesquisado representa nossa curiosidade acadêmica em formar um quadro teórico que amplie nossa compreensão sobre a Evasão Escolar na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), com a intencionalidade imprimir solidez à nossa formação profissional. Acredita-se que o estudo poderá contribuir para o entendimento das razões que causam a evasão escolar de Jovens e Adultos.
