O objetivo foi avaliar a relação entre o apoio e a resistência da gestão à inovação e a relação com o bem-estar no trabalho. O estudo é do tipo correlacional, quali-quatitativo. Participaram uma amostra selecionada por conveniência de 43 servidores, da Secretaria de Saúde do Distrito Federal, inscritos como ativadores de mudanças. Utilizou-se a escala de Bem-estar no Trabalho e dois fatores da Escala de Indicadores de Clima para Criatividade aplicada por meio de plataforma online. Verificou-se que quanto maior apoio, maior o bem-estar. Em contrapartida, maior resistência, menor bem-estar, impactando sobre a percepção de realização no trabalho. Conclui-se que a resistência dos gestores constitui uma barreira para a inovação e, o apoio pode melhorar a produtividade tornando o ambiente positivo, criativo e sobretudo saudável.
O objetivo do estudo foi identificar as barreiras no ensino da Atenção Básica na graduação em Fisioterapia no Brasil. Foi conduzida uma busca nas bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Scientific Electronic Library (SCIELO). Após a análise foram selecionados, com base nos critérios de elegibilidade, 19 artigos. Dentre os principais achados encontram-se a dificuldade da inclusão da interdisciplinaridade na graduação, lacunas com relação aos conceitos relacionados à Atenção Básica, falta de disciplinas que preparam para habilidades relacionais, predominância da abordagem curativa, carga horária insuficiente nos currículos, docentes e preceptores despreparados para atuar neste nível de atenção, dificuldade de oferta de estágios, ausência de compreensão do processo de trabalho na Atenção Básica e dificuldades na integração entre as instituições de ensino e os gestores do serviço. Espera-se que tais achados possam contribuir com reflexões sobre o ensino da Atenção Básica na graduação em Fisioterapia.
