Sono state prese in esame alcune caratteristiche della G-6-PD eritrocitaria di soggetti umani normali e di soggetti di origine sarda con difetto parziale e totale a carico di tale enzima e del GSH. Nei soggetti normali ed in quelli con difetto parziale sono state studiate la termostabilità, l’azione della norite, degli stromi e l’effetto dell’NADP; nei sogetti con difetto totale l’azione degli stromi. (1) La termolabilità della G-6-PD dei soggetti sensibili con difetto parziale è più elevata di quella dell’enzima dei soggetti normali ed inferiore è l’azione protettiva che l’NADP esercita su tale inattivazione. (2) Nei soggetti sensibili con difetto parziale l’inattivazione dell’ enzima da norite è superiore a quella che si osserva a carico dei soggetti normali ed inferiore è l’azione protettiva esercitata dall’NADP. (3) La G-6-PD dei soggetti sensibili con difetto parziale è più labile di quella dei soggetti normali quando incubata con stromi normali e favici. L’azione protettiva che l’NADP esercita anche su tale inattivazione è inoltre inferiore nei soggetti sensibili. Sia sull’enzima dei soggetti normali che su quello dei soggetti sensibili gli stromi favici espletano azione inattivante superiore a quella degli stromi normali. (4) Sugli emolizzati dei soggetti sensibili con difetto totale mentre gli stromi favici sono privi di azione gli stromi normali inducono un lieve aumento dell’attività G-6-PD. Tale effetto si evidenzia quando gli emolizzati non sono incubati, scompare dopo incubazione per 30' a 37°C, ma si mantiene se è presente NADP. Tale aumento di attività si è dimostrato essere riconducibile a solubilizzazione dell’enzima legato agli stromi ; l’effetto attivante diminuisce infatti fino quasi ad annullarsi utilizzando preparazioni di stromi da cui la G-6-PD è stata solubilizzata mediante congelamento e scongelamento ed allontanata quindi con lavaggio delle preparazioni.

Connaître Baudelaire traducteur permettrait peut-être de mieux cerner Baudelaire poète, de mieux le dévoiler. De réaliser qu'un traducteur est tout d'abord un lecteur impatient de réécrire ce qu'il a aimé.
