ausgewertet, bei denen ganz bestimmte Mittel erfolgreich waren. Es wird die
Hypothese aufgestellt, dass das Vorhandensein des Eppstein-Barr-Virus bzw. das
Vorliegen von spezifischen Antik?rpern bei spezifischer Symptomatik als
wahlanzeigendes Symptom gesehen werden kann.

Fallberichte geh?ren zu den wichtigsten Informationsquellen der Hom?opathie. Sie sollten, um verl?sslich zu sein, bestimmten Anforderungen gen?gen. Vorschl?ge zu formalen und inhaltlichen Kriterien wurden vielfach beschrieben und werden hier f?r den Bereich der Hom?opathie referiert. Nicht zuletzt die Abgrenzung einer spezifischen Arzneiwirkung von einem m?glichen Placeboeffekt soll aus der Dokumentation ersichtlich werden.
In vier Gruppen wurden doppelblind zwei bisher ungeprüfte Arzneimittel geprüft. Die Ergebnisse einer dieser Gruppen werden referiert. Auffällige Prüfsymptome waren u. a. Fehler in der Zeiteinschätzung und im Erinnern, Groll und mürrische Laune, Schwebschwindel, heftige Ohrenschmerzen, Aphthen, Hautentzündungen, ziehende Muskelschmerzen.
