Objetivo : identificar o perfil profissional e o conhecimento de enfermeiros emergentes sobre o protocolo clínico de sepse em uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento. Método : estudo quantitativo do tipo descritivo, com amostra composta por 20 enfermeiros (as). A coleta de dados se deu por meio de perguntas semiestruturadas, abordando uma caracterização sociodemográfica e o conhecimento desses profissionais sobre o protocolo clínico para pacientes com sepse, através de questões objetivas. Uma análise dos dados foi realizada no Excel 2010. Resultados :prevaleceram profissionais do sexo feminino 95%, especialistas em terapia intensiva 30% e urgência e emergência 13%, com mais de três anos de experiência profissional 60%. Quanto ao nível de conhecimento sobre o uso da sepultura, identificou-se 85% de uso sobre vasopressores e coleta de hemoculturas, 45% referenciados no pacote de uma hora preconizada e 55% de uso recomendado para medições, como ressuscitação volêmica, hiperlactemia, uso de antimicrobianos em pacientes sépticos e exames laboratoriais. Conclusão : embora o nível mais alto de profissionais seja especialista em urgência e emergência, ou seja, sobre o protocolo de identificação de sepse, enfermeiros atuantes em serviço, ainda é insatisfatório e restrito, necessitando de aprimoramento. Objetivo: diagnóstico diagnóstico de enfermagem para idosos hospitalizados sobre os aspectos psicossociais e psicológicos espirituais, utilizando a Classificação Internacional para a Prática de Enfermagem. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa transversal, quantitativa com uma amostra de 100 idosos, que utiliza um instrumento semiestruturado sobre dados sociodemográficos, anamnese e exame físico completo. Como afirmativas, os diagnósticos foram construídos a partir da Classificação Internacional de Prática de Enfermagem, considerando as necessidades humanas básicas da Horta. Uma análise de dados foi efetivada usando uma estatística descritiva para freqüência absoluta, relativa e medidas de locação. Resultados:prevaleceram no domínio psicossocial ou títulos diagnósticos: Comunicação, Eficaz; Falta de Conhecimento sobre Doença; Manutenção da Saúde, Prejudicada; Apoio Familiar, Positivo; Humor deprimido; e Risco de Humor, Deprimido. Para o domínio psicoespiritual, diminuir-se: Condição Espiritual, Prejudicada e Angústia Espiritual. Conclusão: se o objetivo proposto foi alcançado e os resultados apresentados neste estudo foram contribuídos para uma assistência de enfermagem mais qualificada na atenção integral à saúde do idoso, sendo direcionada para os aspectos agora abertos e inovando através das afirmativas pautadas em um período teórico.
Objetivo: identificar associação entre diagnósticos de enfermagem relacionados à locomoção e ao cuidado corporal com incapacidade funcional em idosos hospitalizados. Método: estudo descritivo, transversal, realizado com 100 idosos em um hospital público, da Paraíba – Brasil, no ano de 2019. Utilizou-se instrumento semiestruturado e Índice de Barthel, sendo elencados diagnósticos a partir da CIPE®. A análise de dados utilizou a estatística descritiva. Resultados: dependência total esteve associada a Capacidade para executar a higiene oral prejudicada, Capacidade para executar a higiene prejudicada e Restrito ou Confinado ao leito. Dependência grave mostrou-se associada a Capacidade para executar a higiene oral prejudicada, Capacidade para executar a higiene prejudicada, Capacidade para vestir-se prejudicada, Mobilidade prejudicada, e Restrito ou Confinado ao leito. Conclusão: os diagnósticos identificados fornecem subsídios para planejamento e implementação de cuidados de enfermagem visando menor tempo de hospitalização, prevenindo desfechos desfavoráveis à saúde e garantindo assistência integral e individualizada para a população.
Objective: To identify Nursing diagnoses for hospitalized older adultsabout basic human nutrition needs, using the International Classification for NursingPractice (ICNP®). Method: A cross-sectional survey with a sample of 100 older adultsfroma hospital. For data collection, a semi-structured instrument was used, containingsociodemographic data, anamnesis and physical examination. The diagnostic statementswere built from the ICNP®. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics toobtain absolute and relative frequency. Results: The following diagnostic titles wereconstructed: Dentition, impaired; Nutritional condition, impaired; Nutritional condition,positive; Ability to eat, impaired; Emaciated (Thin); Obesity; Cachexia; Deglutition,impaired; and Taste, impaired. Conclusion: The importance of applying the stages of theNursing Process is emphasized, providing systematic assistance to the older adult.Nursing diagnoses focused on nutrition for the older adult favor the formulation ofinterventions aimed at improving quality of life and functioning of the gastrointestinal system.
Objetivo: Analisar por meio do Diagrama de Ishikawa as causas e as estratégias de soluções para hanseníase em crianças. Método: Revisão da literatura baseada na construção do Diagrama de Ishikawa, realizado em abril de 2017 nos bancos de dados do Pubmed, Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), Scielo e Ebsco. Resultados: Identificou-se que a prevalência da hanseníase em crianças se dá por fatores sociais, ambientais e culturais, onde: condições socioeconômicas, aglomerado populacional e ausência de capacitação profissional correspondem a 70% das causas apontadas. Conclusão: Evidenciou-se a necessidade de intensificar a vigilância epidemiológica, realizar maiores investimentos nas ações preventivas, como a educação em saúde, incluindo também a adoção de capacitações dos profissionais responsáveis pelo diagnóstico.
