Hipertensão Arterial é um problema de saúde pública mundial. Caracterizada como doença crônica, não transmissível, de natureza multifatorial e assintomática na maioria dos casos. A falta de adesão ao tratamento é uma dificuldade encontrada no atendimento aos hipertensos. Tem-se constituído grande desafio para os profissionais da saúde. Objetivo: O estudo teve por objetivo identificar as dificuldades para a adesão do usuário ao tratamento prescrito. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de natureza descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado em Unidade de Atenção Primária à Saúde no município de Juiz de Fora/MG, por meio de entrevistas a 13 usuários. Conclusão: Concluiu-se que a principal forma de controle/tratamento da Hipertensão Arterial é o farmacológico. Usuários têm adesão insatisfatória ao tratamento anti-hipertensivo. Isso se deve ao déficit de conhecimento em relação à doença e ao tratamento não medicamentoso, ausência de sintomatologia, dificuldades financeiras e efeitos colaterais do tratamento farmacológico instituído.
Representações sociais de portadores de hipertensão arterial sobre a doença: o discurso do sujeito coletivo REME
Objetivo: descrever o processo de adaptação transcultural do Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-10 para paciente em tratamento oncológico, no contexto brasileiro e avaliar suas evidências de validade de conteúdo. Método: estudo psicométrico, com aplicação de protocolo caracterizado por cinco etapas para adaptação transcultural, incluindo tradução inicial, síntese das traduções, retrotradução, comitê de especialistas e pré-teste. As evidências de validade de conteúdo foram analisadas por meio do Content Validity Ratio. Resultados: o instrumento foi traduzido e adaptado de forma cultural, mantendo-se as equivalências semântica, idiomática, experimental e conceitual. A análise das equivalências entre os juízes resultou numa taxa de concordância superior a 80%. A versão final obteve coeficiente de validade de conteúdo de 0,94, com variação entre 0,87 e 1,0 para os itens. Conclusão: a adaptação cultural do Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-10 para o português do Brasil permitiu a adequação do instrumento ao contexto brasileiro, com aplicabilidade aos pacientes oncológicos.
RESUMOObjetivo: identificar de que forma os agentes comunitários de saúde contribuem para o desenvolvimento das ações de combate ao tabagismo na atenção primária à saúde. Método: trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório, realizado com 20 agentes comunitários de saúde. Utilizou-se uma entrevista semiestruturada para a obtenção dos depoimentos. Realizou-se a análise de conteúdo temática das entrevistas, identificando as palavras-chave, e discutiram-se os resultados em categorias. Resultados: evidenciaram-se duas categorias de análise: as estratégias utilizadas pelos agentes comunitários de saúde para a divulgação das ações de controle do tabagismo e as ações dos agentes comunitários de saúde voltadas aos usuários que não cessaram com o tabagismo. Conclusão: inferiu-se que o profissional capacitado é capaz de estabelecer um vínculo com o usuário da atenção primária à saúde, o que favorece a resolubilidade das ações, contribuindo para a qualidade de vida dos usuários que procuram por atendimento no serviço de saúde. ABSTRACT Objective: to identify how community health agents contribute to the development of actions to combat smoking in primary health care. Method: this is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study carried out with 20 community health agents. A semi-structured interview was used to obtain the testimonies. The thematic content analysis of the interviews was carried out, identifying the keywords, and the results in categories were discussed. Results: two categories of analysis were presented: the strategies used by community health agents to publicize smoking control actions and the actions of community health agents directed at users who did not stop smoking. Conclusion: it was inferred that the trained professional is able to establish a link with the primary health care user, which favors the resolubility of the actions, contributing to the quality of life of users who seek care in the health service.
