This study aims to find out the problems of online classes by college students through factual surveys(NASEL, NAFET). It also analyzes how online classes affect teaching/learning performance and academic satisfaction after the outbreak of COVID-19. We conducted a t-test to find out changes in the teaching/learning performance and academic satisfaction after the implementation of online class and analyzed the university students’ perceptions. We found that the teaching and learning performance of college students increased compared to the previous year. In particular, satisfaction with major and self-management ability was high. However, Both cooperative learning and interaction decreased. Real-time interactive platform is insufficient to induce active communication with professors or fellow students. Based on the research results, the effect of various learning variables of online classes on academic achievement was proposed as a follow-up study.
