Aiming at the problem of fire prevention and extinguishment in the 7271 working face of Yaoqiao Mine, the carbon dioxide inerting method was used to establish the influencing factors system, which combining injecting pipeline parameters, mining technical parameters and inerting gas physical parameters. Numerical simulation method was used to study the influence of different gas injection depth and different gas injection volume on the distribution of carbon dioxide flow field in the goaf. The range of gas injection parameters is determined by hierarchical simulation experiment; Taking comparative experiment between parameters obtain the optimal carbon dioxide fire prevention and inerting parameters for the 7271 working face to study injection depth and injection volume. Experiments show that the width of the oxidation zone reduced by 56m after inerting the goaf, and the width of the asphyxiation zone increased by 29m.
To grasp the gas occurrence and emission laws of Yaoqiao deep coal mining area (West ten mining area and the second central mining area) in No.7 Coal Seam, the neural network is used to analyze the relationship and degree of influence factors between gas occurrence and gas content. We construct a prediction model of gas content to predict the gas content of the corresponding position and draw contour map of the gas content. We combine gas geological data of Yaoqiao coal mine and summarize the law of gas occurrence and emission to guide the work of gas prevention and control and enhance the prevention level of gas disaster.
The Jurassic coal of NW China has huge recoverable reserves but large spontaneous combustion tendency. Studying on spontaneous combustion mechanism of Jurassic coal is behind of the East and north of the Carboniferous Permian. Therefore, understanding the status of fire prevention of Jurassic seam of Northwest Region is of great significance to establish research orientation of spontaneous combustion of Northwest Jurassic mines and develop the theoretical system of spontaneous combustion. The paper summarizes Jurassic coal rock features of NW China, describes in detail its low temperature oxidation characteristics of spontaneous combustion and promotes the existing spontaneous combustion model to the Jurassic coal seams. In the end, further research on laboratory studies, numerical simulation and field practice of the Jurassic coal is recommended.
Flexible polyurethane foam has been treated with borax, expanded graphite (EG), EG/borax as flame retardant, respectively. The thermal degradation of samples has been studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential thermogravimetry (DTG) in air. From the resulting data, kinetic parameters for different stages of thermal degradation are obtained following the method of Broido. For the decomposition of flexible polyurethane foam and flame retardant flexible polyurethane foam, the activation energy is found to increase from 21.8 to 37.6 kJmol-1 , which shows the good flame retardance of these compounds.
Abstract. Complex of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP with lanthanide metal ions Dy 3+ has been prepared. The thermal stability and smoke suspension of the samples are determined by TG, DTA and cone calorimetry. Experimental data show that for the complexes of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP with the metal ions, thermal decomposition temperatures are higher than those of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP, which shows these metal ions can increase the thermal stability of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP.
