Objetivo: Relatar as características da população ribeirinha através da vivência e experiência adquirida durante o período de 4 anos por gestores da saúde ribeirinha de um município do interior do Amazonas. Relato de experiência: Trata-se de um relato de experiência do tipo descritivo, obtido com o conhecimento e vivências adquiridos durante 4 anos de gestão profissional envolvendo o cuidado das populações ribeirinhas de um município do interior do Amazonas, entre 2017 a 2021. Neste período, foi possível acompanhar diariamente todos os planejamentos e desenvolvimento de atividades realizados na zona rural local. Ao longo dos últimos 4 anos, foram realizadas 40 viagens pela UBS Fluvial, neste período foram alcançadas todas as 206 comunidades locais, contemplando todas as regiões, com a realização de aproximadamente 60.000 atendimentos de diversas especialidades. Considerações finais: Considerando as peculiaridades das extensas áreas rurais do município, sugere-se o estudo da viabilidade econômica da UBS fluvial e a possibilidade de implantação de polos bases de saúde, similares ao modelo implantado em Distritos Sanitários Indígenas (DSEI), possibilitando atendimento contínuo e talvez, a redução dos custos na operacionalização das ações de saúde.
Objetivo: Avaliar através de uma revisão integrativa, se existe diferença na qualidade de vida entre idosos da zona urbana e idosos da zona rural. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura que tem como objetivo realizar a partir de pesquisas em artigos e por meio de verificação em bibliografias, resumir os resultados do assunto abordado em tese. Resultados: Para esta pesquisa foram encontrados na base de dados LILACS inicialmente 12 artigos, após filtragem foram selecionados 3 artigos. Na base de dados BDENF, 30 publicações foram levantadas, após filtragem restou 1. Na base de dados SCIELO foram selecionados 2 artigos, após filtragem restou 1 artigo. A amostra final ficou composta por 5 artigos. Destas, observa-se um predomínio de revistas na área de enfermagem e também a categoria multidisciplinar quando informamos a formação acadêmica dos autores, enfatizando que é notório avaliar a qualidade de vida (QV) de acordo com aspectos peculiares, sendo analisados por diferentes profissionais. Considerações finais: Mesmo tendo encontrado diferenças entre QV entre idosos da zona urbana e idosos da zona rural, torna-se necessário realizar um outro estudo com um maior número de artigos em que as variáveis seja o mais próximo possível, para obtermos um melhor resultado.
Objetivo: Identificar na literatura as condutas de enfermagem não farmacológicas frente ao manejo adequado de náuseas e vômitos de acordo com o potencial emetogênico dos protocolos de Terapia Antineoplásica em mulheres com câncer de mama. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão Integrativa da Literatura com busca por artigos científicos na Base de Dados em Enfermagem (BDENF), Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Sistema Online de Busca e Análise de Literatura Médica (MEDLINE), National Library of Medicine (PUBMED) e Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO). Resultados: Foram identificados 104 artigos, após o processo de busca e análise, restaram 15, que foram incluídos como amostra final deste estudo. Foi realizado o cálculo do (PE) para definir a classificação dos protocolos em: Alto (> 90 % de chances de náuseas e vômitos durante a TA), Moderado (de 30-90%) e Baixo (de 10-30%). No total, foram contabilizados 48 protocolos estabelecidos para realização da terapia antineoplásica, destes, 29,2% (N=14) Alto, 39,6% (N=19) Moderado, 22,9% (N=11) Baixo e 8,3%(N=4) Mínimo. Considerações finais: O estudo apontou que as principais condutas estão baseadas na implementação de atividades educativas que promovam o conhecimento adequado da paciente em relação ao tratamento e seus possíveis efeitos colaterais.
