El presente artículo analiza la miniserie española 11M, para que nadie lo olvide, basada en los ataques terroristas producidos en Madrid en 2004, como un ejemplo de la hibridación entre la ficción y la no ficción tan presente en los relatos audiovisuales contemporáneos. Con base en la metodología del análisis textual, así como una entrevista con el guionista, se presentan los hallazgos del análisis que apuntan a un trabajo de reconstrucción histórica y ficcionalización durante la producción que da como resultado un relato audiovisual que articula recursos narrativos de ambos géneros, diluyendo las fronteras entre lo factual y lo ficticio.
ResumenMás allá de los requerimientos exigibles a las empresas cotizadas, la transparencia es un principio de buen gobierno cada vez más demandado como instrumento de compromiso responsable de las empresas con sus grupos de interés. En el caso de las empresas de medios, la transparencia viene también requerida por el impacto de este tipo de entidades sobre el sistema democrá-tico. Este principio se formula, en su nivel más elemental, como un derecho de los ciudadanos a conocer la identidad de quienes actúan como proveedores de servicios de comunicación audiovisual, tanto en términos de identificación societaria como de información sobre los contenidos ofertados. El presente trabajo describe los principios que justifican el deber de informar sobre sí mismas que se exige a las empresas de medios audiovisuales, a partir del análisis de la nueva regulación audiovisual aprobada en España en 2010 y de la normativa y recomendaciones de las instituciones de gobierno europeas.
La hibridación entre lo factual y la ficción se está imponiendo en las parrillas televisivas. Este artículo pretende analizar el paradigma ficción/ no ficción en un producto específico de nuestra cultura televisiva actual: las miniseries. Se toma como ejemplo la miniserie 23 F, el día más difícil del Rey ya que es una ficción basada en sucesos reales de la historia contemporánea española. Para el análisis, se combinan la tradición del análisis textual con las herramientas y perspectivas propias de los estudios culturales.
La tendencia de la ficción televisiva a representar hechos o personajes reales es una constante en aumento en las pantallas españolas de los últimos años. El caso de las miniseries, quizás sea paradigmático. Adolfo Suárez, el Presidente (Antena 3, 2009) representa la vida del político de la Transición española. Este artículo analiza desde el prisma de la ficción/no ficción, qué recursos propios del documental o del reportaje y qué recursos propios de la ficción incorpora en su relato la miniserie. La metodología utilizada para la investigación se basa en el análisis textual del relato de ficción, enriquecido con entrevistas a los autores de la miniserie: Juan Carlos Rubio (guionista) y Emiliano de Pedraza (productor).
