Cloud computing provides universal access to a pool of shared resources to numerous stakeholders/shareholders of the e-healthcare industry. The speedy adoption of cloud computing has inevitably raised security concerns for the outsourced data. Since mobile devices are resource constrained, the security solutions must discharge the computing comprehensive operations on the cloud for implementation. Conventionally, any modification to uploaded record would compel the mobile client to encrypt and compute the hash value from scratch. Through this paper, we intend to propose a pairing-free incremental proxy re-encryption scheme, without certificates, which would run proportionate to the number of modifications in time, instead of the document length for improvement in the file modification tasks. The proposed scheme shows a significant improvement in the file modification system regarding the energy consumption and the turnaround timer taken. The proposed scheme has been verified through a formal method using Z 3 solver. Firstly, these records are highly ambiguous with multiple gaps in information. Secondly, these records are generally scattered at several heath care centers through the region with different physicians, pharmacies, and hospitals. A number of information systems that contribute to the development of a more complete electronic health record (EHR) are being implemented by the hospitals nowadays to address these problems. Information regarding the patient's health care can be accessed instantly with the help of the electronic systems. An EHR is a centralized source storing medical and treatment history of patients' health information. These valuable patient-centered records can be accessed easily by all the approved healthcare providers (laboratories, specialists, pharmacists, etc).E-health applications generate a lot of data that become difficult for the health care units to store on a single computer because of catastrophic failures. To ensure secure communication between any two entities, authenticated key agreement protocol is the primary step and current research has a lot of contribution in this direction. In this paper, we propose a Pairing Free Identity-based Two-Party Authenticated Key Agreement protocol and gather the implementation results for Wireless Sensor Networks on MICAz mote by using Relic-toolkit cryptographic library. The proposed protocol is efficient as it does not use any pairing operation and only uses three scalar point multiplications. The security of the protocol has been proved secure using strongest security model for identity-based key agreement protocol presented by Liang et al.

In recent years, Multi-Processor System-on-Chips (MPSoCs) are widely deployed in safety-critical embedded systems. The Cloud-of-Chips (CoC) is a scalable MPSoC architecture comprised of a large number of interconnected Integrated Circuits (IC) and Processing Clusters (PC) destined for critical systems. While many researches have focused on addressing the hardware issues of MPSoCs, the communication over them has not been very well explored. Following the SDN concept, we propose a new protocol in order to secure the communication and efficiently manage the routing within the CoC. The SSPSoC includes a private key derivation phase, a group key agreement (GKA) phase, and a data exchange phase in order to ensure that basic security primitives are preserved and provide secure communication. Furthermore, a network of 1-30 nodes is set in order to validate the proposed protocol and measure the network performance and memory consumption of the proposed protocol.

Project Santa Fe was established both to provide thought leadership and to help develop the evidence base for the valuation of clinical laboratory services in the next era of American healthcare. The participants in Project Santa Fe represent major regional health systems that can operationalize laboratory-driven innovations and test their valuation in diverse regional marketplaces in the United States. We provide recommendations from the inaugural March 2016 meeting of Project Santa Fe. Specifically, in the transition from volume-based to value-based health care, clinical laboratories are called upon to provide programmatic leadership in reducing total cost of care through optimization of time-to-diagnosis and time-to-effective therapeutics, optimization of care coordination, and programmatic support of wellness care, screening, and monitoring. This call to action is more than working with industry stakeholders on the basis of our expertise; it is providing leadership in creating the programs that accomplish these objectives. In so doing, clinical laboratories can be effectors in identifying patients at risk for escalation in care, closing gaps in care, and optimizing outcomes of health care innovation. We also hope that, through such activities, the evidence base will be created for the new value propositions of integrated laboratory networks. In the very simplest sense, this effort to create “Clinical Lab 2.0” will establish the impact of laboratory diagnostics on the full 100% spend in American healthcare, not just the 2.5% spend attributed to in vitro diagnostics. In so doing, our aim is to empower regional and local laboratories to thrive under new models of payment in the next era of American health care delivery.
