The purpose of this research to examine the impact of the Covid-19 on stock prices and trading volume activity on listed firms of Index LQ-45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The first case of the Covid-19 in Indonesia was announced on March 2nd, 2020. This research is to find out whether there are average abnormal returns and transaction volume of the stock company listed in Index LQ-45 before and after of event the first case of the Covid-19 in Indonesia was announced on March 2nd, 2020. These data have been taken for 30 days before and 30 days after the first announcement of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The result of the paired sample test shows that there is a significant difference in the abnormal return of stock company listed in index LQ-45 between before and after the first announcement of the Covid-19 case in Indonesia. This is indicated by the significance value of 0,008 < 0,05 which the stock prices decreased after the first announcement of the Covid-19 case in Indonesia. The volume transaction also shows different significance. The transaction volume after the announcement of shares shows an increasing value.
The aim is to determine the factors affecting sustainability reporting with a focus on firm age, woman presence, profitability, and leverage. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Total population consist of 103 firm-years that consistently publish sustainability reporting for the period 2018-2020. samples consist of 33 firm-years based on the criteria.Testing the data using multiple linear regression, the results showed that firm size, woman presence on board of commissioners’, and profitability do not have a significant effect on the sustainability reporting disclosure. However, woman presence on board of directors and leverage had a significant effect on the sustainability reporting disclosure. The perpetrators of MSMEs generally do not use the standards applicable in the preparation of financial statements. MSME financial statements often use cash basis taken from daily cash mutation sources. The Indonesian Institute of Accountants seeks to contribute to overcome the constraints of MSMEs in the preparation of financial statements by issuing the Financial Accounting Standards of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM) and effective from 1 January 2018. SAK EMKM is simple to be implemented easily by MSMEs. The Financial Statements according to SAK EMKM are prepared on the accrual basis. The research took 50. MSMEs in Surabaya using convenience sampling method.  The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. This study aims to finding out the hypothesis that the perception of MSMEs in Surabaya against the application of EMKM IFRS had an effect on the application of EMKM IFRSs, testing the education level hypothesis of MSMEs in Surabaya had an effect on the application of EMKM IFRSs, and tested the hypothesis of SAK EMKM dissemination in Surabaya. application of SAK EMKM.  The results showed that partially the perception of MSMEs entrepreneurs has a positive effect on implementation SAK EMKM while the level of education and sozialization has a negative effect. Keywords: Accounting, Education Level, financial reports, MSME, Perception, SAK EMKM, Sozialization
ABSTRAK Penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) akan mendorong para pelaku bisnis untuk menjalankan praktik bisnis yang mengutamakan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, kepentingan stakeholders, dan menghindari cara-cara memperoleh keuntungan sesaat yang merugikan pihak lain sehingga tercipta persaingan yang sehat dan iklim usaha yang kondusif. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia sangat penting untuk menunjang pertumbuhan dan stabilitas ekonomi. Penelitian tentang manajemen laba telah banyak dilakukan baik di luar dan di dalam negeri. Namun ditemukan adanya riset gap dalam penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya fenomena riset gap dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia mulai tahun 2015-2018 dengan sampel sebanyak 57 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Sedangkan perencanaan pajak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Penelitian ini menunjukkan Good Corporate Governance tidak memoderasi hubungan antara ukuran perusahaan dan manajemen laba. Good Corporate Governance juga tidak memoderasi hubungan antara perencanaan pajak dengan manajemen laba. ABSTRACT The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) will encourage business people to carry out business practices that prioritize the going concern of the company, the interests of stakeholders, and avoid ways of gaining instant profits that are detrimental to others so as to create fair competition and a conducive business climate. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) implemented by companies in Indonesia is very important to support economic growth and stability. Research on earnings management has been carried out both overseas and domestically. But it was found that there was a research gap in previous studies. This research was conducted because of the gap research phenomenon from previous studies. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2018 with a sample of 57 companies. The results showed that company growth and company size did not have a significant effect on earnings management. While tax planning has a significant influence on earnings management. This research shows that Good Corporate Governance does not moderate the relationship between company size and earnings management. Good Corporate Governance also does not moderate the relationship between tax planning and earnings management.
