The customer-oriented approach is actively developing within the global trend of the modern industrial revolution that is Industry 4.0. The focus on customer interests has led to cooperation and integration in supply chains, improving their efficiency and increasing transparency, awareness, and trust. However, an issue emerging in this scenario is that conventional supply chain management (SCM) procedures are unable to identify the potential proposal for a particular user. Modern businesses need to build integrated supply chains, which require well-developed infrastructure and easily available complementary services, relying on logistics as a networking technology. Supply chains of this generation grow from traditional individual desynchronized economic relations (linear models with some feedback and the simplest network configurations) to scalable, adaptable, harmonized partner networks. The logistics potential allows additional income by reducing the total costs of participants in the network, thus increasing the competitiveness of companies; this can be implemented based on new models of interaction in the current digital environment through, firstly, system integration. Our goal consists of identifying the essential characteristics of system integration and substantiating the methods for its implementation in the digital economy. The study is based on the analysis of global best practices, considering the reports from leading consulting companies and competent analytical agencies. We have confirmed that the role of a virtual system integrator of supply chains belongs to logistics platforms; the effects of a transition to platform business models are discussed in detail.
The initial study principle is the axiom of supply chains as the forms of logistics arrangement in the sphere of commodities and services circulation on the "simple-tocomplex" development basis: directadvancedmaximum chains of supplynetworks of supply chains. In the frame of evolutionary dynamics, the basic concept of Supply Chain Management (SCM) with its fundamental idea on integrated management of logistics business-processes based on processing the on-line information related to material flow is interpreted as the concept of adaptive management of logistical flows under the conditions of chain organization and logistics digitization. The digitalization is understood as a digital logistics transformation, which activates the information processes in supply chain management with arrangement of customeroriented networks of manufacturers, suppliers of goods, logistics service providers, and is considered by an objective prerequisite for the phenomenon of smart supply chains. The developed scientific understanding of smart supply chains and their intellectual functionality when forming the value propositions in effective ways is associated with the modern economic realities of the Industry 4.0 and the prospects for using analytical tools, digital information technologies as the main operational tools of the network logistics infrastructure. There is the description of the precedents and perspectives of using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, Big Data technologies, artificial intelligence, the Internet of things, blockchain in solving functional logistics problems created in the world business practice. A comparative characteristic of the model for interaction of participants in smart supply chains relative to the traditional model is given. The potential of the smart supply chains logistics (by signs: speed, adaptability, accuracy) in achieving the customer-oriented approach of the integrated business is assessed.
A precedent has been created to substantiate a scientific and methodological approach to the professional training of logisticians in the Russian higher education system which is being reformed now. The principal characteristics of the approach are determined: preactivity, personal orientation, continuity of education, competency-based development of students defining imperatives of adaptive management of the educational process for training taking into account the current trends in the development of logistics in the context of the digital economy. It has been developed the scientific concept on logistics as a digital profession and a logistician as a profession owner-a person in the digital society with an active life position and mentality as a network logistics professional who implements the principles of self-organization, self-education and selfrealization on the basis of the acquisition /professional development and development of professional competencies. A conceptual model of professional educational level of logisticians is proposed, which implements the imperatives for interaction of the labor market, higher education system and students in total of the concepts and the relationships between them that determine the formulation of the main professional educational programs. The key concepts of the educational model are substantively disclosed: a job profile diagram-a tool for formation of the universal model of competencies in the management of the educational process; a career path is a tool for formation of an individual model of competencies in employment and career management; individual educational trajectory is a tool of personality-centered education. The requirements for the logistician's professional competencies and the over-professional competencies that shape his/her professional mentality are outlined. Recommendations for the harmonization of job profile diagrams and career paths in the conceptual educational model of the logistician using the tools of strategic managementmanagement strategies and career self-management are presented. The trends of the further study development in ensuring the properties of "smart", self-organizing and self-optimizing model are determined when it includes professional levels adjacent to the higher education system-secondary vocational and supplementary vocational education.
The article deals with Blockchain technology, namely with its aspect of forming distributed registries. It serves as the platform for creating and storing corporate information resources which need higher protection. A lot of marketing uproar on cryptocurrency is feeding the interest in employing this technology for to enable cryptocurrency operation. But not only this factor explains the technology success. Blockchain technology also favorably compares to classic centralized registries and databases. The article describes the journaling service of data computing processes and events system, both based on the Blockchain technology. We display all the advantages of the existing Blockchain types for developing corporate journaling systems. And we also show the use of such a system for medium and large organizations, allowing for their computational capabilities and potential for scaling and developing such a system.
