Apesar do aumento do volume de publicações inerentes ao esporte, infere-se a necessidade progressiva de novos estudos que possam comprovadamente auxiliar na qualidade de tal prática devido ao proporcional aumento da procura de mudança de estilo de vida e saúde. Desde questões conceituais, como por exemplo, o fato de ainda não haver concordância, até mesmo no âmbito médico, da distinção entre “atleta” e “desportista”; até mais práticas, como a paradoxal relação entre o aquecimento e a lesão durante a prática esportiva. Neste contexto, o presente estudo, de caráter observacional e transversal, utilizou de um questionário previamente autorizado como instrumento de autoavaliação para lesões desportivas, para coletar e analisar dados autodeclarados. Foram entrevistados 1695 participantes, através do questionário com a plataforma Survey Monkey, em uma competição esportiva do oeste paulista. Dentre estes, maiores de 18 anos, com uma amostra predominantemente masculina e de faixa etária entre 20 e 40 anos. Além da prevalência de auto denominados não atletas sobre atletas; foi observada maior probabilidade de comorbidades dentro os desportistas (62,4%) do que nos atletas (37,6%). Em contrapartida, evidencia-se que a prevalência de lesões decorrentes da prática demonstrou-se superior nos autodeclarados atletas. Nesse diapasão, nota-se que apesar do esporte promover saúde e bem-estar, os dados obtidos corroboram que o alto nível de treino pode levar a problemas ortopédicos e outros traumas
O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar as evidências sobre o uso de leite materno no tratamento dermatológico da pele do recém-nascido. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com base em uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL). A pesquisa foi realizada na Biblioteca Virtual do Ministério da Saúde (BVS) que indexa artigos de diferentes bases de dados como Scielo, Lilacs e MedLine e na PubMed. Como critérios de inclusão foi considerado ser disponível em formato completo e publicado nos últimos dez anos (2012-2022). Foram excluídos estudos que não respondessem o tema de pesquisa ou que estivessem duplicados nas bases de dados. O uso do leite materno como tratamento dermatológico de pele é potencial, porém, os estudos ainda são escassos e inconclusivos, fazendo-se importante que estudos sejam realizados para que se possa sanar dúvidas sobre o uso do leite materno, considerando ser um tratamento natural e de baixo custo.
Objetivo: Descrever por meio da literatura científica de modo narrativo as principais considerações clínicas sobre a temática intolerância a lactose e alergia a proteína do leite de vaca (APLV) na pediatria. Metodologia: Trata- se de uma revisão narrativa de literatura fundamentada nas plataformas do SciELO, PubMed, Brazilian Journal of Health Review, Acervo Mais Index Base, Research, Society and Development e demais literaturas renomadas sobre a temática. Resultados e Discussão: A intolerância a lactose (IL) e a Alergia a Proteína do Leite de Vaca (ALPV) são erroneamente equiparadas, mas ambas são enfermidades distintas. A intolerância à lactose se trata de um fenômeno a qual a lactase não é devidamente digerida, e por meio da ação bacteriana resulta no desconforto característico da condição, mas não caracteriza uma reação alérgica. Em contraste, a alergia ao leite têm foco na proteína, a qual excede a barreira da mucosa intestinal e alcança a circulação sanguínea. Tal ocorrido, resulta em aparições digestivas como diarreia de aspecto amolecido, fezes sanguinolentas, déficit de ganho ponderal e erupções sistêmicas como urticária, eczema e até choque anafilático. As disfunções orgânicas são distintas e neste estudo ressaltou-se de modo descritivo os principais pontos mais significativos para a clínica pediátrica. Conclusões: Diante do levantamento de informações, pode se elucidar que a alergia e intolerância alimentar é um tema relevante na pediatria, pois pode se associar a importante morbidade, com impacto negativo na sobrevida e na qualidade de vida da criança, se não for tratada adequadamente.
