Cette étude vise à améliorer nos processus de conception des systèmes avioniques critiques via une approche systémique, en se dotant de méthodologies de modélisation intégrant le point de vue « Facteurs Humains » aux analyses de sécurité des systèmes. Après une panne majeure d'un système, les pilotes sont assistés par des alarmes et des procédures (les "checklists") afin d'aider leur diagnostic et la réalisation des actions à mener pour ramener l'avion dans un état sûr. Pour s'assurer de la validité des analyses de sécurité, il est nécessaire d'étudier la possibilité d'une erreur des pilotes lors de l'application des procédures afin d'éviter des situations potentiellement catastrophiques sur l'avion : c'est l'objet de l'analyse Human Error Analysis (HEA) requise par l'AMC25.1309. Nous présenterons un modèle, construit avec le langage formel ALTARICA, combinant la représentation du comportement dysfonctionnel des systèmes avec la représentation des procédures pilote et des erreurs humaines associées, envisagées en tant que déviations par rapport à l'action attendue. Nous présenterons les résultats obtenus en exploitant ce modèle et comment ce modèle peut nous aider à réaliser les analyses d'erreurs humaines (HEA).
