EinleitungAnalysen aus Einzelharnproben haben in vielen Fallen keinen oder einen nur schwer zu deutenden Aussagewert, weil die GroBe des zugehorigen Harnminutenvolumens meist nicht bestimmt werden kann. So ist nicht ohne weiteres zu entscheiden, ob 100 mMol NatriumA Harn einer hoheren Natriumausscheidung ents rechen als 20mMol/l. Andererseits konnte aber gerade der Harn als Endpro s ukt des ,,Regulationsorgans" Niere wertvolle Riickschlusse auf die Versorgungslage landwirtschaftlicher Nutztiere ermo lichen. tersuchungen seit langem als eine Art endogene Bezugssubstanz herangezogen (HODGEN u. Mitarb., 1967).In Untersuchungen an Mastkalbern konnten BOEHNCKE und RIEDER (1974) nachweisen, dai3 zwischen der Farbintensitat von Einzelharnproben und deren Kreatininkonzentration sehr enge Korrelationen ( r = 0,91 bis 0,97) bestehen. Die ,,Harnfarbe" wurde dabei nach einer einfachen Schnellmethode bestimmt.
