RESUMOO presente artigo avalia o diagnóstico e o tratamento quimioterápico e radioterápico no câncer de mama. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura acerca do diagnóstico e tratamentos quimioterápicos e radioterápicos no câncer de mama. Foi realizado o levantamento artigos no período de janeiro a fevereiro de 2021, nas bases de dados LILACS e MEDLINE, sendo 3 estudos selecionados para discussão. Destes, um tratou acerca da resposta de pacientes ao tratamento ofertado para o câncer, outro sobre o acompanhamento de uma paciente diagnosticada com linfoma primário de mama, e outro acerca das medicações utilizadas em tratamento do câncer. Embora haja diversos tipos de tratamento além dos selecionados pela pesquisa, o tratamento quimioterápico e radioterápico associado a cirurgia de remoção é a principal conduta adotada para tratamento de câncer de mama.
Objetivo: descrever as repercussões da pandemia do COVID-19 nas ações de enfermagem. Método: revisão integrativa de literatura estruturada pelas seis etapas do Checklist Preferred Reporting Itens for Systematic Reviews and meta-Analyses. As bases de dados consultadas foram MEDLINE, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Banco de Dados em Enfermagem e Coleciona SUS. Resultados: a amostra final compreendeu cinco artigos que apresentaram sobre a necessidade de os líderes de enfermagem reavaliar a força de trabalho e utilizar das habilidades dos profissionais existentes para atender os pacientes. Foi destacado o protagonismo do enfermeiro com sua atuação eficaz e utilizado o sistema Omaha para agilizar os atendimentos. Outras repercussões foram à piora da qualidade de vida e o aumento da angústia entre profissionais de enfermagem, falta de apoio dos líderes e a necessidade de assumir funções fora da área regular de atuação. Conclusão: reestruturar serviços de saúde, oferecer melhores condições de trabalho, remuneração e qualificação continuada significa preservar os profissionais de enfermagem e oferecer à saúde pública mundial maiores chances de sobreviver com menos impactos a outras situações de pandemia.
Introdução: A infância é um período de mudanças na vida do indivíduo, podendo influenciar na vida adulta. A leucemia linfoide aguda (LLA) possui alta incidência no público infantojuvenil e, na maioria dos casos, tem sintomas inespecíficos. Objetivos: Analisar os fatores de risco que podem ser identificados frente ao diagnóstico de leucemia linfoide aguda na infância. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo realizada no período de janeiro a março de 2022, utilizando por base de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e utilizando descritores previamente validados no Descritores em Ciências da Saúde. Resultados: Após a busca, 9 artigos foram selecionados para o respectivo estudo. Características socioculturais e genéticas foram apontadas como fatores de risco para diagnóstico da leucemia linfoide aguda na infância. Conclusão: Uma equipe capacitada capaz de identificar os fatores de risco para leucemia linfoide aguda é de extrema importância para um atendimento adequado e de qualidade.
RESUMOO presente artigo buscou identificar os tratamentos utilizados na Leucemia Mielóide Aguda (LMA), apontando os achados relevantes e suas limitações acerca da temática. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura acerca da LMA, seus mecanismos genéticos e os tratamentos atualmente utilizados no combate a neoplasia. Foi realizado o levantamento de artigos no período de janeiro e fevereiro de 2021, nas bases de dados Medline e LILACS, sendo selecionados três estudos para a discussão. Os artigos selecionados abordavam sobre tratamento e prognóstico por grupos de idade, tratamento farmacológico e sobrevida de pacientes em tratamento farmacológico. Notabiliza-se que os tratamentos empregados no combate a LMA devem ser categoricamente analisados a depender do estado clínico do paciente.
