Introducción: Con un crecimiento significativo en los últimos tiempos, el acretismo placentario representa una gran porción en la morbilidad y mortalidad materna en Brasil, estando unido a diversas predisposiciones como el parto quirúrgico con el aumento de su incidencia, convirtiéndose así en un gran desafío para las políticas públicas en el país. Objetivo: Analizar a través de la literatura las atribuciones del enfermero frente al acretismo placentario. Método: Se trata de una revisión bibliográfica integradora, siguiendo el desarrollo de los pasos que corresponden a: 1. selección del tema y elaboración de la pregunta de investigación; 2. búsqueda y elección de los estudios en las bases científicas; 3. categorización de los estudios; 4. análisis crítico de los estudios incluidos; 5. interpretación y discusión de los resultados; y 6. Presentación de los estudios en la estructura de revisión integradora. Resultados: Se encontraron tres artículos de los últimos 10 años, entre 2012 a 2022, en las bases de datos Medical Literature Analyses and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), criterios de inclusión: artículos completos, indexados en la biblioteca de Salud Virtual, criterios de exclusión: constituidos en artículos en portugués, duplicados en otras bases de datos y que no estén relacionados con el período de búsqueda entre los años, arriba. Conclusión: La actuación del enfermero es imprescindible para orientar el diagnóstico precoz, así como para ejecutar acciones educativas, preventivas, terapéuticas y de acompañamiento al parto, conduciendo a una asistencia amplia y de calidad.
