Objetivo: Analisar na literatura científica sobre a relação de Púrpura Trombocitopênica Idiopática e infecção por Covid-19. Métodos: Por meio da plataforma de base de dados Pubmed, foi realizada uma Revisão Integrativa, com o intento de localizar fontes relevantes para tal. A pesquisa foi realizada sob o uso dos descritores “Covid", "idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura", "Immune thrombocytopenic purpura", "thrombocytopenic", em associação com os operadores booleanos “OR” e “AND”, para fazer a busca dos artigos, resultando em 171 artigos iniciais. Dentro desses números, devido aos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, apenas 16 tornaram-se fontes oficiais. Resultados: Os estudos apontam que há uma estreita ligação entre a infecção viral e, por conseguinte, a produção de autoanticorpos e citocinas que convergem em um mecanismo de autoimunidade viral observado nos casos de Púrpura Trombocitopênica Idiopática. Considerações finais: A Covid-19 pode ser considerada um agente infeccioso indutor de Púrpura Trombocitopênica Idiopática, o que sugere a urgência no tratamento dessa associação para aplacar as suas possíveis complicações.
Objetivo: Reunir dados acerca das intervenções cirúrgicas realizadas para o tratamento de fístulas anais. Métodos: Revisão integrativa com coleta de dados pela plataforma do PubMed. A partir dessa pesquisa, foram encontrados 170 artigos e selecionados 17 artigos completos. Excluíram-se os artigos que não corroboram com o tema, não tinham veracidade ou não apresentavam dados relevantes para este estudo. Resultados: A abordagem terapêutica para o tratamento de fístulas anais ocorre, em geral, por meio de intervenções cirúrgicas, tendo como objetivo a eliminação do trajeto, prevenção de possíveis doenças e preservação da função esfincteriana. A escolha da melhor técnica cirúrgica dependerá de fatores como complexidade e etiologia da fístula, podendo ser fistulotomia em um ou dois tempos e Vídeo Assistido de Fístula Anal (VAAFT), visto que é um procedimento minimamente invasivo e altamente eficaz para as fístulas anais complexas, apresentando baixa taxa de recidiva. O ultrassom anorretal tridimensional apresentou importância diagnóstica mapeando e quantificando precisamente o comprimento dos músculos, atuando na classificação das fístulas, além de evitar intervenções cirúrgicas desnecessárias, bem como identificando possíveis recorrências após o tratamento. Considerações finais: Considera-se a relevância de uma detalhada investigação etiológica a fim de proceder com a técnica cirúrgica mais eficaz e conservadora.
Objetivo: Abordar as principais técnicas cirúrgicas utilizadas em pacientes com doença do refluxo gastroesofágico (DRGE) e suas recomendações, restrições, complicações e tendências atuais. Revisão bibliográfica: A doença do refluxo gastroesofágico é um problema clínico comum. Sua etiologia é multifatorial, porém depende essencialmente da integridade da barreira anti-refluxo, com seus componentes anatômicos e funcionais. Um dos fatores que se destaca nesta doença é o distúrbio do esfíncter inferior do esôfago. A DRGE trata-se de uma afecção crônica que se desenvolve quando o refluxo do conteúdo gástrico causa sintomas incomodativos ou complicações, sendo sintomas incomodativos os definidos pelos pacientes, como, sintomas típicos de regurgitação e pirose, que causam redução na qualidade de vida. Nesse sentido, o reconhecimento precoce dos sintomas auxilia na prevenção das complicações da doença, como esôfago de Barrett e adenocarcinoma de esôfago. O objetivo do tratamento clínico é o alívio dos sintomas e o tratamento cirúrgico é indicado para aqueles que necessitam de uso contínuo de medicamentos, com intolerância ao tratamento clínico prolongado e com complicações. Considerações finais: Endoscopia digestiva alta e pHmetria esofágica são métodos diagnósticos sensíveis e os tratamentos clínicos ajudam a controlar os sintomas, mas o maior problema é manter pacientes assintomáticos ao longo do tempo.
