A população surda pode ser altamente vulnerável a infecções pelo Vírus da Imunodeficiência Humana (HIV) haja vista a falta de acesso à prevenção, ao tratamento e à educação sexual; sofre, ainda, com falhas na comunicação em saúde. Mediante a situação de pandemia e a reafirmação da relevância da Internet, objetivou-se analisar a concepção de um objeto de aprendizagem no formato de videoaula em Libras sobre HIV/AIDS. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo qualitativo a partir da construção de plano de aula baseado em revisão bibliográfica, roteiro da videoaula, gravação e edição, parecer qualitativo de avaliadores e publicação da ferramenta. A videoaula possui 17,42 minutos, contemplando o plano preestabelecido. A concepção do objeto seguiu plano voltado às particularidades do público-alvo e à temática, atingindo o objetivo do estudo. Espera-se que essa ferramenta contribua para a sociedade e instigue diálogos sobre educação sexual.
