Objetivo: identificar na literatura os instrumentos utilizados na prática clínica para a avaliação de feridas crônicas de membros inferiores. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, com buscas nas bases de dados PubMed, MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, e SciELO, além de buscas adicionais na literatura cinzenta (Google Scholar e BDTD) e buscas manuais em listas de referências. Foram incluídos estudos primários com pacientes adultos em português, inglês ou espanhol, sem delimitação temporal, sobre instrumentos de avaliação e estadiamento de cicatrização de úlceras de membros inferiores. Os artigos foram selecionados independentemente da etiologia da ferida e da fase do tratamento. Resultados: foram recuperados 1.415 artigos, 9 dos quais sendo incluídos na revisão. Dentre as ferramentas listadas nos artigos, destacam-se a PUSH,DMIST,DFUAS, revPWAT, e CSSC, sendo a PUSH mais utilizada. Conclusão: O uso de ferramentas de avaliação para estadiamento da cicatrização de feridas em MMII permite aos profissionais de saúde uma conduta mais padronizada e uma melhor tomada de decisão terapêutica.
Introdução: No Brasil, os índices elevados de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis entre jovens caracterizam um problema de saúde pública. Nesse contexto, a produção e a disseminação de materiais educativos pode informá-los sobre comportamentos de risco e prevenir esses agravos. Entretanto é relevante incluí-los no processo de produção e avaliação desses materiais para conhecer suas reais especificidades. Objetivo: Construir uma metodologia pela qual jovens possam avaliar materiais educativos sobre saúde sexual utilizados em campanhas do Ministério da Saúde. Métodos: Utilizou-se a oficina enquanto estratégia de pesquisa, considerando suas articulações teórico-metodológicas e implicações ético-políticas. A proposta foi construída para avaliação de materiais dos últimos dez anos relacionados à prevenção de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis, vírus da imunodeficiência humana/aids e hepatites virais por estudantes de 15 a 24 anos da rede pública de ensino do Distrito Federal. Considerando o contexto da pandemia de COVID 19, optou-se pela construção de uma metodologia na qual a oficina pudesse ser desenvolvida de forma remota. De forma complementar, realizou-se busca bibliográfica nas bases de dados SciELO, MEDLINE e LILACS. Resultados: Selecionou-se a plataforma Microsoft Teams, ferramenta on-line gratuita de comunicação e colaboração de equipes. Estimou-se a duração da oficina em três horas, incluindo a divisão de 25 a 30 participantes em salas distintas, momentos conjuntos de plenária e comunicação verbal/escrita entre os participantes e moderadores. A oficina foi estruturada nos eixos: ambientação, definição de fluxo e itinerário para participação, aproximação com os materiais comunicacionais, rodízio para análise dos materiais e produção/ressignificação do material analisado. Conclusão: As oficinas possibilitam criar processos de pesquisa com potencial de transformação social, que, se aliado ao protagonismo jovem, amplia o conhecimento de percepções sobre o objeto estudado. Espera-se que a aplicação desse método contribua com a qualificação de materiais educacionais, engajando jovens em sua produção e prevenindo efetivamente infecções sexualmente transmissíveis, vírus da imunodeficiência humana/aids e hepatites virais.
