El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar los beneficios de la psicoprofilaxis obstétrica en el proceso del trabajo de parto en las gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Gineco-Obstétrico Pediátrico Universitario de Guayaquil, periodo junio – diciembre 2019. La metodología investigativa fue de tipo observacional, descriptiva, explicativa; la muestra constituida por 100 gestantes donde se aplicó una encuesta. Los resultados demostraron la influencia de la Psicoprofilaxis Obstétrica en el trabajo de parto: alivio del dolor en un 83%, tiempo de dilatación en la fase activa < 6 horas en nulíparas (40%) y tiempo de dilatación < 4 horas en multíparas (35%), el periodo expulsivo < 45 minutos en nulíparas (38%) y multíparas < 30 minutos (45%),se evitó el uso de fármacos en el 75% de las gestantes y se disminuyó la presencia de desgarros durante el parto (70%). La influencia de la Psicoprofilaxis Obstétrica en el trabajo de parto, en el recién nacido disminuyo las complicaciones en un 65%, APGAR de 8 a 10 puntos (63%), favorece el contacto piel a piel (99%), lactancia materna en la primera hora (79%). La propuesta planteada fue un plan de asesoría sobre psicoprofilaxis obstétrica dirigido a las usuarias en los establecimientos de salud tipo A.
El embarazo en las adolescentes, representa un embarazo de riesgo. La palabra riesgos se deriva etimológicamente de la palabra riscare, es decir, se atreven. El concepto de riesgos se asocia a varias posibilidades y la unión entre un factor de riesgo y un daño no siempre es explicada. El objetivo de esta investigacion es determinar el riesgo obstétrico en las adolescentes embarazadas de 12 – 15 años de edad en la maternidad Matilde Hidalgo de Procel, en el periodo de noviembre 2017 – abril del 2018. La metodología es de diseño no experimental, prospectivo, descriptivo, cuantitativo, el universo estuvo constituido por 266 mujeres, la muestra estuvo constituida por 87adolescentes que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se obtuvo los siguientes resultados en esta investigacion, los riesgos obstétricos en el trabajo de parto fueron: desgarro en el canal blando 61%, parto prolongado 17%, hemorragias del tercer periodo del trabajo de parto 12%, hematomas vulvovaginales 10%; el riesgo obstétrico según las edades el mayor porcentaje se presento en pacientes de 12 – 13 años de edad con el 55%.
The word risks is derived from the Greek word riscare, that is to say, they dare, the concept of risks is associated with several possibilities and a predisposing risk factor in pregnancy which seems to identify the degrees of vulnerability during the periods of pregnancy , childbirth, puerperium, the present research work aimed to determine the main obstetric risks in pregnant women of the Hospital Gineco Obstétrico Universitario de Guayaquil, Guayas - Ecuador from January - June 2019. The study design is non-experimental, prospective, in the methodology from the investigation, the data collection form was used, an ad hoc form was prepared. The sample was made up of 407 nulliparous and multiparous pregnant women, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The following results were obtained: preeclampsia with 36%, diabetes 29%, gestational hypertension 20%, preterm labor 6%, premature rupture of membranes 3% and the placenta praevia 1%. In conclusion, the obstetric risks observed in the present study, the highest percentage is preeclampsia with 36% and the lowest percentage placenta previa with 1%.
The woman who is in a state of gestation tends to create fears implanted by rumors of society about labor, the main fear is the pain caused by labor. Only through a comprehensive, adequate, timely preparation will favorable results be achieved; by obstetric psychoprophylaxis. The research was carried out in two Health Centers in different regions of Ecuador. The Cerecita health center is located in the Cerecita enclosure, Guayaquil canton, Guayas province and the Cumandá health center which is located in the Cumandá canton within the Chimborazo province. This research work corresponds to a descriptive, analytical, non-experimental, cross-sectional study, with a correlational design. The sample consists of 198 pregnant women from the health centers of Cerecita (94) and Cumandá (104) Ecuador, nulliparous and multiparous who attended sessions of Obstetric Psychoprophylaxis that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results obtained were: in the age range in which the pregnant women were from the study carried out was between 14 and 19 years with a total of 95 patients, the attitude to practice psychoprophylaxis (PPO) with 102 patients performed Between 3 and 4 sessions, in the hours of labor the largest number with a total of 98 pregnant women were between 5 to 7 hours in this period, while 100 had a low pain threshold. Of the study group 159 pregnant women were eutocic births, the pregnant women of the Cumandá health center presented difficulties in attending the obstetric psychoprophylaxis sessions.
