O movimento de popularização das Plantas Alimentícias Não Convencionais (PANC) no Brasil tem avançado no sentido de ampliar a disponibilidade desses alimentos nos mercados locais, principalmente nas feiras. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a oferta de PANC entre os(as) agricultores(as) agroecológicos(as) da feira de São Lourenço do Sul, RS, e avaliar as transformações ocorridas a partir das iniciativas locais de promoção dessas plantas, com base na comparação da oferta atual com a de períodos anteriores. Ao longo de um ano de observações, foram analisados: o número total de espécies e produtos ofertados, o número de produtos ofertados semanalmente por banca e a frequência de oferta dos produtos. Um total de 68 espécies e 74 produtos foram registrados, o que representa um grande aumento na diversidade na oferta em relação à 2018. Considerando a oferta total, a maior diversidade foi registrada na primavera, com destaque para as hortaliças folhosas e flores comestíveis.
