Nessa perspectiva, para a base de dados em Português, foram aplicados os descritores em ciências da saúde (DECS) e, para o idioma Inglês, realizou-se a busca no Medical Subject Headings (MeSH). Da mesma forma, foram utilizados os operadores booleanos AND e "" para a associação dos descritores, da seguinte forma: "terapia pela arte" OR "Arteterapia" AND "Oncologia" AND "família" -em Português; "art therapy" AND "oncology" AND "family" -em Inglês; "terapia con arte" OR "Arteterapia" AND "oncología" AND "familia" -em Espanhol. Para a seleção dos artigos, empregaram-se as recomendações dos Principais Itens para RelatarRevisões Sistemáticas e Meta-Análises -PRISMA (SHAMSEER et al., 2015). Foram adaptados, para esta revisão integrativa, os seguintes critérios de inclusão: publicações em periódicos indexados nas bases selecionadas, em idioma Português, Espanhol ou Inglês e sem recorte temporal. As buscas não tiveram recorte temporal, a fim de garantir uma abrangência maior de trabalhos. Definiram-se os seguintes critérios de exclusão: referências que não responderam à pergunta norteadora, artigos de revisão, livros, capítulo de livros, artigos empíricos e textos cujas referências não estavam completas e disponíveis gratuitamente. Artigos repetidos em mais de uma base indexadora foram computados uma única vez. A busca foi realizada no período de set.-nov. de 2020, por meio do cruzamento dos descritores anteriormente citados. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃOO levantamento possibilitou o acesso a 1.008 referências, das quais 732 vieram do Google Acadêmico, 234 da PubMed, 42 da BVS e nenhuma da SciELO. Destes, foram incluídos 927 e excluídos 530 artigos.Após a leitura na íntegra, a seleção final foi composta por 16 publicações, que se mostraram pertinentes aos objetivos propostos, sendo nove disponíveis no Google Acadêmico, quatro na PubMed, três na base BVS e nenhuma na SciELO. Assim sendo, a seleção final das referências incluídas na amostra foi demonstrada na Figura 1.(A1) Brando MCMMS. Um novo amanhecer através da Arteterapia... As úlceras de origem venosa representam uma alta incidência no âmbito da Atenção Básica à Saúde e um grande desafio para a equipe de enfermagem no cuidado de usuários do serviço portadores de feridas em membros inferiores integrando as dimensões que influenciam e determinam a sua recuperação e bem-estar. Para tanto. este relato de caso busca descrever a experiência de estagiários do curso de graduação em enfermagem no âmbito da Atenção Primária à Saúde, no processo de diagnóstico, intervenção, monitoramento e avaliação da situação de saúde de um paciente portador de úlcera venosa em MMII aplicando os princípios da teoria holística de Myra Levine para este estudo. A experiência foi exitosa no quesito da formação dos estagiários quanto à complexidade do trabalho da Enfermeira na Atenção Básica quando se associa uma úlcera com alto potencial de cronicidade em membros inferiores a um cenário de vulnerabilidade social, familiar, econômica e emocional do paciente.
Objetivo: Revisar na literatura a respeito das vulnerabilidades enfrentadas pela enfermagem durante a notificação de violência interpessoal, no âmbito da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). Revisão bibliográfica: Dados apontam que a violência urbana no Brasil teve um aumento significativo nos últimos anos, entretanto o número de notificações de violência não corresponde à realidade das regiões brasileiras. A subnotificação de casos de violência na APS se apresenta como um reflexo da insegurança no país, dificultando o enfrentamento da mesma. O enfermeiro aparece como o trabalhador que mais sofre violência relacionada ao seu local de exercício e é o que passa mais tempo em interação com o paciente e acompanhante. A partir disto, a maioria dos textos analisados relata que a falta de segurança e a vulnerabilidade dos enfermeiros são geradores significativos de subnotificação. Considerações finais: Referente às medidas de enfrentamento à inseguridade dos enfermeiros na APS apresentadas nos textos, a mesma violência que acomete a população, acomete também os trabalhadores, e por conta disso, torna-se um obstáculo para notificações de violência.
