PyridinDas Handelsprodukt wird durch mehrfaches Umkristallisieren des Komplexes mit Quecksilber( I I)-chlorid aus Wasser gereinigt, der Komplex mit Natronlauge zersetzt und das Pyridin abdestilliert. Es wird einige Tage iiber Yaliumhydroxyd getrocknet und nochmals fraktioniert.Yp: 115,8OC; durchlassig im UV bis 2750 A, im IR zwischen 3,6 und 5,0, 7,l und 7,7 p.
AnilinDie Mittelfraktion eines destillierten Handelsproduktes wird in Ather geltist und einen Tag iiber Yaliumhydroxyd stehen gelassen. Dann destilliert man den Ather ab, trennt das Anilin vom Yaliumhydroxyd und kocht es einige Zeit mit Zink unter RiickfluS. SchlieSlich wird die Fraktion mit dern Kp: 183,7 "C herausrektifiziert. Durchltlssigkeit im UV bis 3200 A.
