The article presents the design of the rotary working body of a universal rotary cultivator. The effect of kinematic and design parameters of the proposed working body on the quality of tillage is considered and their mathematical dependencies are determined.
The article presents a device for trimming plant residues of trellis vegetable crops. A scheme of the mutual arrangement of plant stems, twine and a cutting working body and the dependence of the quality of the cut of the plant stem on the angle of the mutual arrangement of the cutting surfaces of the knife of the machine is considered.
introduced innovative modes of deformation-heat and heat treatment of steels from both rolling and individual heating, including using cryogenic treatment, led to an increase in their strength class, durability, wear and heat resistance during operation. The methods of ultrasonic testing and differential magnetic analysis of alloy steels were developed; author's methods are proposed for calculating the phase composition and temperatures of phase-structural transformations in alloyed and carbon steels; computer program were created for constructing isothermal and thermokinetic diagrams of the decomposition of metastable austenite, modeling the conditions of a real production process with the ability to predict the structure and mechanical properties of rolled products for various purposes depending on the chemical composition of steel and process parameters. The implemented technological solutions correspond to the level of the best world analogues, and the results of basic research have made a significant contribution to improving the energy and resource saving of the metallurgical, hardware and machine-building industries of Ukraine.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
