Objetivou-se neste ensaio experimental avaliar a eficácia do Spinosad contra Alphitobius diaperinus desenvolvendo-se em fezes de galinhas poedeiras de ovos comerciais. Foi avaliada a presença de adultos e larvas de A. diaperinus, presentes no esterco localizado sob as gaiolas, nos dias -2 e -1, 1, 3, 6, 12, 19, 26, 33, 40, 47, 54 e 61 pós-tratamento. O Spinosad, na concentração de 250ppm, quando aplicado na dose de 0,126L/m 2 mostrou-se ineficaz contra "cascudinhos". As doses de 0,252L/m 2 e de 0,504L/m 2 (400ppm) mostraram-se igualmente eficazes contra adultos de cascudinhos até o 6ºDPT, atingindo percentuais de eficácia de 91,30% e 90,15%. Contra larvas de A. diaperinus, as diluições de 0,126L/m 2 e de 0,252 L/m 2 (Spinosad -400ppm) foram eficazes, respectivamente, até o 19ºDPT (96,71%) e 33ºDPT (85,70%). Período mais prolongado de eficácia contra A. diaperinus foi observado com Spinosad a 400ppm, na dose de 0,504L/m 2 : 19DPT (89,55%) para adultos e 54DPT (92,72%) para larvas, demonstrando o período ativo deste tratamento, confirmando a hipótese de que o Spinosad apresenta potencial inseticida para controle de infestações de A. diaperinus infestando em fezes de poedeiras comerciais, representando uma alternativa para programas sanitários avícolas que utilizem a rotação de princípios ativos como forma de mitigar a seleção de resistência nas populações do coleóptero.

Ao compartilhar o espaço educacional, todos têm a chance de aprender com as experiências e perspectivas uns dos outros, promovendo a diversidade e o respeito pela diferença. A comunicação é um dos principais desafios enfrentados pelos surdos nas salas de aula. No entanto, ao desenvolver uma cartilha educativa específica para surdos, podemos superar essa barreira. A cartilha educativa pode conter recursos visuais, como ilustrações, diagramas e símbolos, para facilitar a compreensão do conteúdo. Além disso, pode apresentar linguagem de sinais e fornecer orientações sobre como os alunos ouvintes podem se comunicar de forma efetiva com seus colegas surdos. Ao utilizar a cartilha educativa como ferramenta de apoio, os professores podem adaptar suas práticas de ensino, tornando-as mais inclusivas e garantindo que os surdos tenham acesso ao currículo e às informações apresentadas em sala de aula. Isso contribui para a construção de um ambiente de aprendizado inclusivo, onde todos os alunos têm a oportunidade de participar plenamente e alcançar seu potencial máximo. Além disso, a criação e distribuição de cartilhas educativas para a comunidade escolar, incluindo alunos, professores e pais, podem ajudar a promover a conscientização sobre as necessidades e os direitos dos surdos. Isso pode levar a uma mudança cultural mais ampla, onde a inclusão dos surdos seja valorizada e incentivada em todas as áreas da sociedade, ou seja, incluir os surdos nas salas de aula é crucial para garantir uma educação inclusiva e igualitária. A produção de uma cartilha educativa específica para surdos pode desempenhar um papel fundamental nesse processo, fornecendo recursos visuais e linguísticos que facilitam a comunicação e o acesso ao conhecimento. Ao promover a inclusão dos surdos, estamos construindo uma sociedade mais justa, onde todas as pessoas têm a oportunidade de aprender, crescer e contribuir plenamente.
