EINLEITUNG Die biomechanische Bewegungsanalyse nimmt in der Verlaufskontrolle nach chirurgisch-orthopädischen Eingriffen am Bewegungsapparat einen wichtigen Stellenwert ein. Dabei ist es für die differentialdiagnostische Abklärung von Vorteil, daß sowohl Bewegungsabläufe, als auch Bodenreaktionskräfte bei der Aufzeichnung des Gangbildes dreidimensional erfaßt werden können. Vor allem die dreidimensionale kinematische Bewegungserfassung ist in der Regel nur mit komplexen elektronischen Aufzeichnungsverfahren möglich. Das hier vorgestellte Verfahren zeigt an einer Fallanalyse eine Möglichkeit, quasidreidimensionale Bewegungsanalysen aus Standardvideoaufzeichnungen zu erhalten.
