The purpose of the study was to develop a protocol for diagnostics and testing of the functional status of musculoskeletal system of weightlifters.
Research methods and organization. The study involved elite weightlifters aged 18 to 25 years. Protocol development and testing was executed using the BTS Motion System (BTS Bioengineering, Italy).
Results and discussion. Protocols of ‘jerk’ and ‘push’ competitive weightlifting exercises for the BTS motion system were developed for diagnostics and testing of the musculoskeletal system (MSS) of weightlifters. We used those protocols to determine the functional status of MSS of weightlifters by biomechanical and electromyographic characteristics. The study revealed differences in the functional status characteristics of the musculoskeletal system of male weightlifters performing the push exercise compared to women: women showed lower deviation values of the sports apparatus relative to the starting position, and men demonstrated higher velocity indicators of the sports apparatus. We identified the leg muscles experiencing the greatest load during weightlifting exercises: rectus femoris, biceps femoris, long peroneal muscle. We revealed the correlation between biomechanical characteristics of movements in various phases of weightlifting exercises and indicators of the electrical activity of the muscles providing these movements.
Conclusion. Gender differences in the functional indices of MSS during jerk and push exercises are as follows: women show lower deviation values of the sports apparatus relative to the starting position, and men demonstrate higher velocity indicators of the sports apparatus. Shorter body and limbs of women in the first case, and better speed and strength abilities of men in the second case can explain it. Reduced initial electrical activity of the muscles, i.e. their relaxation, and the greatest activity in the same movement phase are favorable for the manifestation of speed-power characteristics of the subsequent movement.
The article reflects the relevance and importance of studying the issues of the scale and types of shadow economic activity in the structure of the national economic system, and also examines the problematic issues of assessing the dynamics of the shadow economy in the Russian Federation. Within the framework of the proposed study, problem areas are outlined in the calculations of the level of the non-observed economy of the Russian Federation, in addition, the study substantiates that available indicator recorded by the Federal State Statistics Service in all regions should be used to assess the shadow economy and differentiate the organizational and legal mechanisms to counter 103 АНАЛИЗ И ДИАГНОСТИКА its development. Will allow ensuring the comparability of calculations between different subjects and will give some universality to the methods of structuring the forms of the shadow economy and the analysis of the dynamics of its scale. Within the framework of the proposed study, the need for a more detailed study of the dynamics of employment in the shadow sector of the economy is determined, on the basis of the study of which it is only possible to judge the scale of production in the shadow sector of the economy.
Medical tourism is a type of niche tourism, characterized by rapid growth and development at present. The term reflects the practice of moving people from their permanent place of residence within their own country or abroad in order to consume a wide range of medical services of varying degrees of complexity. The medical tourism market has undergone changes over the past few years: if five years ago the leading positions were occupied by the USA, Germany and Israel, then today the top five are Singapore, Italy, Japan, Switzerland and Australia. Our country is gradually becoming a competitive player in this market, which confirms Russia's inclusion in the list of countries where you can get high-quality and relatively inexpensive medical care. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of medical tourism, as a result of which strategic priorities have been identified for the successful functioning of a highquality and competitive medical tourism industry. Multidimensional conclusions were made for solving strategic tasks of organizing and ensuring the sustainable development of the medical tourism industry in the Russian economy. т о в а р о в Keywords о с о б е н н о с т и -medical tourism, medical services market, healthcare, staffing, infrastructure, financing, quality of medical services I.
