024ChemInform Abstract with 1/24 < x < 1/6 are obtained by precipitation of the components from solutions and subsequent heating to 1250-1330 rc C for 2-3 h. The title compounds possess a perovskite type structure within the range of x given above. The main contribution to the perovskite structure is made by the lanthanum ions, which fulfil the structural requirements necessary for the sublattice A. The lithium ions stabilize the structure by lowering the number of vacancies. Substitution of the lanthanum ions by lithium ions changes the crystal structure from rhombic to tetragonal. The electrical conductivity of the title compounds reveals a high cationic conductivity due to the lithium ions.
The title compounds are prepared from Ln(NO3)3 (Ln: La, Nd), M2CO3 (M: Li, Na, K) and TiCl4 by precipitation from mixed aqueous solutions of NH4OH and (NH4)2CO3.
037ChemInform Abstract The title compounds are prepared by heating mixtures of Ln2O3, M2CO3 and TiO2 to 1100-1360 rc C for 1.5-16 h. They form single phases within wide ranges of x. The electrical conductivities and the dielectric constants within the series of the title ompounds are observed to decrease with decreasing radii of the rare earth elements.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
