Un experimento fue llevado a cabo con el objetivo de evaluar el efecto de la adición de dos complejos enzimáticos a dietas de codornices reproductoras. 135 codornices japonesas (90 hembras y 45 machos) fueron asignadas durante 56 días en 3 tratamientos: T-1 (Control), T-2 (con adición de celulasa y proteasa) y T-3 (con adición de amilasa, xilanasa y proteasa). Los resultados del experimento no mostraron diferencias significativas entre tratamientos en producción de huevos, masa de huevo, peso de huevo, consumo de alimento, conversión alimenticia, fertilidad, incubabilidad, natalidad y peso de codorniz BB. Al análisis de la retribución económica del alimento se determinó que la mayor eficiencia la obtuvo el tratamiento 1, sin suplementación de enzimas.
