W pracy scharakteryzowano rodzaje odpadów występujących na terenie Podkarpacia. Omówiono oddziaływanie odpadów na środowisko, metody zapobiegania powstawaniu odpadów oraz analizę ilości odpadów i metody zmniejszenia odpadów niebezpiecznych w środowisku Podkarpacia. Dokonano ogólnej charakterystyki odpadów przemysłowych występujących w Polsce. Największe masy odpadów przemysłowych są gromadzone na terenach województw katowickiego, krakowskiego, legnickiego i wałbrzyskiego. Dominującymi odpadami przemysłowymi w Polsce są odpady górnicze oraz odpady pochodzące z przemysłu energetycznego. W pracy zaakcentowano takŜe wpływ odpadów przemysłowych na środowi-sko. Odpady te wprowadzają do środowiska niebezpieczne substancje, które są trudno rozkładalne w przyrodzie. W glebach znajdują się coraz większe stęŜenia metali cięŜkich i pestycydów, natomiast w wodach gruntowych i powierzchniowych nieprzerywalnie zwiększa się zawartość substancji organicznych. W gospodarowaniu odpadami istotna jest przede wszystkim redukcja ilości odpadów, tj. redukcja odpadów u źródła oraz selektywna zbiórka odpadów. Redukcję u źródła, czyli zmniejszenie ilości wytwarzanych odpadów, moŜna osiągnąć poprzez zmiany w surowcach wyjściowych, zmiany w produkcjach, zmiany w technologii oraz właściwe wykorzystywanie. Selektywna zbiórka odpadów ma na celu ponowne wykorzystanie odpadów lub poddanie ich procesowi unieszkodliwienia. W pracy omówiono metody zagospodarowania odpadami niebezpiecznymi i monitoring odpadów. Procesami unieszkodliwiania odpadów są przede wszystkim takie procesy, jak składowanie na składowiskach, obróbka w glebie, retencja powierzchniowa (np. umieszczanie odpadów na lagunach czy poletkach osadowych), termiczne przekształcanie odpadów. W pracy dokonano takŜe identyfikacji problemów w gospodarowaniu odpadami.
W artykule przedstawiono ogólne pojęcia związane ze stanem sektora energetyki słonecznej w Polsce oraz z finansowaniem i pomocą publiczną programów wykorzystania kolektorów słonecznych. Dokonano porównania polskiego sektora energetyki słonecznej z innymi krajami UE i prognozy wykorzystania energii słonecz-nej w przyszłości.Słowa kluczowe: kolektory słoneczne, finansowanie, pomoc publiczna WprowadzenieRozwój cywilizacji jest powiązany ze wzrostem zużycia energii przez człowieka. W 1995 roku zapotrzebowanie na energię bezpośrednią w Polsce wynosiło 98,9 ml t.p.u, w 2000 -102,4 ml t.p.u, a w 2010 -109 ml t.p.u. [1]. Ta rosnąca tendencja, wzrost liczby ludności na świecie, malejące zasoby konwencjonalnych źródeł energii, ogromny wzrost zanieczyszczenia środowiska, zwłaszcza stężenia dwutlenku węgla w atmosferze, oraz coraz większy nacisk na ochronę środowiska spowodowały, że nieodnawialne zasoby energetyczne zastępuje się odnawialnymi. Do odnawialnych nieorganicznych źródeł energii można zaliczyć wiatr, geotermię, wody lądowe, morza i oceany, pływy i fale, różnicę temperatury warstw wody oraz promieniowanie słoneczne, z którym są wiązane największe nadzieje. To właśnie energetyka słoneczna cieplna jest jednym z najszybciej rozwijających się sektorów energetyki odnawialnej w Polsce. Średnie roczne tempo wzrostu w latach 2001-2010 wynosiło ponad 47%.Centrum Badania Opinii Społecznej (CBOS) w 2009 r. wykazało, że w Polsce energia słoneczna jest uznawana za najbardziej przyjazną dla środowi-ska i klimatu. Społeczna akceptacja i obiecujące technologie wykorzystujące energię Słońca sprawiły, że sektor energetyki słonecznej jest na najlepszej drodze, aby w znacznym stopniu wesprzeć realizację dyrektywy UE o promocji
PERSPEKTYWY ROZWOJU ENERGETYKI WIATROWEJ W POLSCE DO 2020 ROKUW pracy przedstawiono aktualne programy i projekty budowy elektrowni wiatrowych w Polsce, sposoby wspierania i finansowania budowy tych elektrowni, moż-liwości wykorzystania energii wiatru w celu zmniejszenia wartości energii elektrycznej i polepszenia stanu ekologicznego Polski. Całkowita moc elektrowni wiatrowych rocznie wzrasta o 40%, przy czym można odnotować jej spadek do 2015 roku z powodu utrudnień związanych ze zbyt powolnym rozwojem sieci i przyłączeniem większych firm wiatrowych. Sektor energetyki wiatrowej jest przygotowany do realizacji inwestycji na dużą skalę. Posiada w tym celu nie tylko pokaźne zdolności realizacyjne w Polsce, ale także duży pakiet dobrze rozwiniętych i zaawansowanych projektów inwestycyjnych w postaci dużych firm z planami wykorzystania coraz bardziej wydajnych elektrowni wiatrowych. Są one równomiernie rozwijane na całym obszarze kraju, we wszystkich województwach, dzięki czemu są znaczącym zasobem do stosunkowo szybkiego uruchomienia. Zapewni to wkład w realizację w Polsce ogólnego celu dyrektywy 2009/28/WE na 2020 rok i dwuletnich celów pośrednich. W ramach działania programu "Wytwarzanie energii ze źródeł odnawialnych" możliwe jest otrzymanie wsparcia dla projektów dotyczących budowy albo zwiększenia mocy elektrowni wiatrowych. W ramach realizowanych projektów wsparcie będzie obejmować przyłącza jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych do najbliższej istniejącej sieci. Przedsiębiorca, chcąc zainwestować w energię wiatrową, może również liczyć na dodatkowe formy wsparcia, np. Narodowego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej.
