Mice were given a mixture of aflatoxins B and G subcutaneously ( 100 ~zg/day), by force feeding ( 100 ~g/day) or by aerosol ( 1 mg/ml) for up to one year. Those given the aflatoxins subcutaneously developed local sarcomas in dose-related fashion.
