The article deals with the analysis of the state of development of main branches of agriculture and AIC as a whole, provision of the population of the republic with basic food products, assessment of mechanism of public support for the industry, main factors restraining the increase in the volume of agro-industrial production of the Republic of Kazakhstan (concentration of production in households; unsatisfactory quality of raw materials; seasonality and uneven supply of processing enterprises; lack of interconnection between agricultural producers, processing industry and trade; insufficient influence of public support on profitability, production efficiency, etc.). Taking into account the current problems of the small-scale commodity nature of agricultural sector, the necessity of cooperation of small forms of farming, creation of wholesale distribution and trade and logistics centers in order to bring together the efforts of all agricultural producers in one commodity flow, the availability of marketing of agricultural products and provision of competitive products to consumers has been justified. Measures on development of priority areas of agro-industrial complex of the republic (provision of the population with food of its own production, improvement of public support measures and regulation of agricultural sectors, development of processing of agricultural products, effectiveness of the system of promoting products from producer to consumer, increasing export potential of agricultural enterprises, etc.) are presented. The strategic tasks of agricultural production growth have been substantiated, for the achievement of which the optimal use of available resources, transition to fundamentally new qualitative characteristics, provision of high rates of increase in crop yields and animal productivity, taking into account the location of production in the most favorable conditions (specialization), the use of innovative technologies, zoned progressive varieties and breeds, increase in technical equipment are needed.
This article provides the analysis of influence of agricultural risk management on the economic development of the agricultural economies in developing countries on the example of Kazakhstan. The publication reflects the problems of the insurance development based on the generalization and application of foreign experience. Thus, the paper describes agricultural risk management system in Kazakhstan using integrated approach, which assumes cooperation between risk sources, farmers’ strategy and policy; comprehensive solutions for risk management in agriculture are offered. In this research, price variation in accordance with public-private partnership in agriculture of the country is examined. Statistical results of the empirical survey will help governments in developing countries to define agricultural risk management strategies that can be used as powerful tools for economic development of agriculture.
The present study is of relevance due to the necessity to develop an individual style of professional activity of intending teachers or their individual teaching style (ITS). This necessity is determined by the social and cultural significance of the phenomenon under study and by the rapid pace of changes happening in the educational context today. The purpose of the study is theoretical interpretation of the concept of ITS of intending foreign language (FL) teachers and of its social and cultural significance in the context of teacher training case study. The author hypothesizes that to a large extent the ITS of intending teachers is formed within the framework of the professional courses in the first three years of the university studies. An important condition that contributes to the effective ITS development is the use of practical training, quasi-professional activities, analysis of professional tasks and case-study in the educational process, creation of the digital environment to support students’ individual professional growth. The prevailing design of the study is of a qualitative nature. However, the applied methods of observation and statistical analysis are implemented, too. The research methods include theoretical justification of the key concept of the work through comparative analysis, interpretation, classification and specification, case study and experience analysis of the ways a FL teacher training programme is implemented. The case study is based on the survey results. The survey was carried out on a sample of the 3rd- and 4th-year students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Linguodidactics of Saratov State University (methodology by A. M. Markova and A. Ya. Nikonova was implemented, the sample size was n = 126 people). As a result, the article specifies the concept of ITS for the context of FL teacher training, identifies the components of the ITS hierarchical structure, and singles out particular factors and methods of ITS development at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Linguodidactics. Our results cast a new light on the phenomenon under study in the context of FL teacher training. The initial hypothesis was confirmed, since the research revealed no strong correction of the ITS of the 4th-year students in correlation to the data collected for the 3rd-year students.
The relevance of using artificial intelligence (AI) techniques in education has increased significantly during the pandemic and the forced transition to distance learning technologies. It was during this period that there was a breakthrough in the development of digital educational resources based on AI, but methodological support for their effective use was not prepared. The mechanisms of leveling the risks associated with possible effects of AI on education have not been identified. The objective: to identify the risks and potential of AI techniques in their impact on the organization and outcome of the educational process. Research methods: theoretical analysis and qualitative description of practical examples of the exploiting AI techniques in foreign language teaching. The research is based on the general literature review related to the key concepts of the study: artificial intelligence, digital educational resources, foreign language teaching. The results: the most widely used AI techniques are mobile applications and platforms with educational courses; the use of highly intelligent products, such as smart classrooms, is not sufficiently developed; the risks of implementing AI methods are associated with the quality of technology, with the methodological proficiency of a teacher, and with individual learning strategies. The conclusions: at the current level of technology development, AI techniques are a supplementary educational component. It is advisable to involve teachers of particular subjects in the further improvement of these technologies. The practical significance of the results obtained is determined by the assessment of the AI technologies impact on the process of FLT and by the proposed methods of effective use of AI in teaching.
